Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 펄스폭 변조 오실레이터 신호를 이용하여 서로 동일한 주기를 가지며, 서로 다른 시간대역에 하이 레벨을 갖는 펄스신호인 제1 제어신호 및 제2 제어신호를 발생시키는 제어신호 발생부;램프에서 피드백되는 신호의 반파정류 신호를 기설정된 기준신호와 비교하여 램프 상태 신호를 출력하는 비교기;상기 램프 상태 신호와 상기 제2 제어신호를 입력받아 상기 램프 상태 신호가 기 설정된 일정 시간을 초과하여 로우 레벨을 유지하는 경우에는 상기 제2 제어신호가 하이 레벨이 되는 순간으로부터 상기 제2 제어신호가 로우 레벨인 동시에 상기 램프 상태 신호가 하이 레벨이 되는 순간까지 로우 레벨을 유지하는 제1 감지신호를 출력하는 제1 감지부; 및상기 제1 감지신호와 상기 제1 제어신호를 입력받아 상기 제1 감지신호가 기 설정된 일정 시간을 초과하여 로우 레벨을 유지하는 경우에는 상기 제1 제어신호가 하이 레벨이 되는 순간으로부터 상기 제1 감지신호가 하이 레벨이 되는 순간까지 로우 레벨을 유지하는 제2 감지신호를 출력하는 제2 감지부를 포함하며,상기 제2 감지신호가 로우 레벨인 경우 램프의 구동을 정지시키는 인버터 구동 집적회로.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어신호 발생부는,상기 펄스폭 변조 오실레이터의 신호가 클럭 신호로 입력되는 제1 플립플롭;상기 펄스폭 변조 오실레이터의 신호가 클럭 신호로 입력되며, 상기 제1 플립플롭의 출력신호를 입력받는 제2 플립플롭;상기 제2 플립플롭의 출력신호를 상기 제1 플립플롭의 입력으로 피드백시키는 NOT 게이트;상기 제1 플립플롭의 출력신호와 상기 제2 플립플롭의 출력신호의 반전신호를 입력받아 제1 제어신호를 출력하는 앤드 게이트; 및상기 제1 플립플롭의 출력신호와 상기 제2 플립플롭의 출력신호를 입력받아 제2 제어신호를 출력하는 앤드 게이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 구동 집적회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 감지부는,상기 제2 제어신호를 리셋으로 입력받는 SR 래치회로; 및상기 제2 제어신호의 반전신호와 상기 비교기의 출력신호를 입력받아 상기 SR 래치회로의 세트로 출력하는 앤드 게이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 구동 집적회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 감지부는,상기 제1 감지부의 출력 신호를 세트로 입력받는 SR 래치회로; 및상기 제1 감지부의 출력신호에 대한 반전신호와 상기 제1 제어신호를 입력받아 상기 SR 래치회로의 리셋으로 출력하는 앤드 게이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 구동 집적회로.
