Claims (23)
- 소독가스분위기에서 물체를 소독하는 방법으로서 :(a) 소독챔버(10)를 준비하는 단계;(b) 물체를 소독챔버(10)에 위치시키는 단계;(c) 상기 물체와 소독챔버(10) 내의 대기의 온도를 동일화하는 단계;(d) 소독챔버(10)를 밀봉하는 단계;(e) 소독챔버(10) 내의 물의 끓는점을 소독챔버(10) 내의 온도 미만으로 낮추는 소독압력으로 소독챔버(10) 내의 압력을 조절하기 위해 소독챔버(10)에 진공을 인가하는 단계;(f) 소독챔버(10) 내의 대기를 가습하기 위하여 소독챔버(10)에 일정량의 물을 공급하는 단계;(g) 소독챔버(10)에 오존함유소독가스를 공급하는 단계;(h) 소독챔버(10) 내의 소독압력을 미리 선택된 처리기간동안 유지하는 단계;(i) 소독챔버(10) 내의 진공을 해제하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동일화하는 단계는 물체의 온도와, 소독챔버(10) 내의 대기 및 상기 대기와 접촉하는 여하의 구성부품과 재료의 온도를 동일화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소독방법은 25℃ 내지 40℃의 소독챔버(10) 내의 온도에서 동작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 소독방법은 25℃ 내지 35℃의 온도에서 동작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 진공압력은 0.1mbar와 10mbar 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 진공압력은 0.5mbar와 2mbar 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일정량의 물은 85% 내지 100%의 소독챔버(10) 내의 습도레벨을 달성하도록 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 일정량의 물은 95% 이상의 습도레벨을 달성하도록 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 내지 (f)의 단계가 1회 또는 복수 회 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 오존이 대기로 방출되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 소독챔버(10)로부터 뽑아진 모든 가스들이 오존 촉매(52)를 통과하도록 하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독방법.
- 물체의 소독을 위한 소독장치로서:상기 물체를 수용하기 위한 소독챔버(10)와;그 일측이 상기 소독챔버(10)에 연결되어, 물체의 온도와 상기 소독챔버(10) 내의 온도가 동일화되도록 상기 소독챔버(10)로 대기 공기의 흡입과 배출을 조절하기 위한 흡입밸브(18) 및 배기밸브(44)와;상기 소독챔버(10)와 상기 흡입밸브(18)의 연결 부위에 접속되어, 상기 소독챔버(10)에 오존함유소독가스를 공급하기 위한 오존 발생기(22)와;상기 소독챔버(10)에 연결되어, 상기 소독챔버(10)에 수증기를 공급하기 위한 가습 장치(30) 및;상기 배기밸브(44)의 타측과 연결되어, 상기 소독챔버(10) 내의 물의 끓는 온도를 상기 소독챔버(10) 내의 온도 미만으로 낮추기 위해 상기 소독챔버 (10) 내에 진공을 인가하기 위한 진공 펌프(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 소독챔버(10) 내의 소독압력을 미리 선택된 소독기간동안 유지하는 수단(26)을 더욱 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 펌프(40)는 상기 소독챔버(10)를 밀봉하는 도어(12)를 더욱 포함하고, 가습 장치(30)는 물 저장용기를 가진 가습기(32)를 더욱 포함하며, 상기 소독장치는 상기 소독챔버(10), 상기 도어(12), 상기 가습기(32) 및 상기 물 저장용기의 온도를 제어하는 수단을 더욱 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 펌프(40)는 진공의 압력을 상기 소독챔버(10) 내의 모든 물이 기상(Vapor phase)으로 있는 소독압력으로 조정하는 수단(44)을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 소독장치는 상기 소독챔버(10)로부터 뽑아내어진 소독가스에 함유된 오존을 파괴하기 위한 오존 촉매(52)를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 펌프는 55.3mbar 이하의 진공압력을 발생할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 진공펌프(40)는 22.6mbar 이하의 진공압력을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 진공펌프(40)는 1.0mbar 미만의 진공압력을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 소독장치는 상기 소독챔버(10) 내의 오존의 레벨을 모니터링하는 수단(105)을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 소독장치는 상기 소독챔버(10) 내의 진공압력을 조정하는 수단(44)과 모니터링하는 수단(104)을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 소독장치는 각각 오존레벨을 모니터링하는 수단(105)과 진공압력을 모니터링하는 수단(104)을 각각 구비하여, 상기 소독챔버(10) 내의 오존농도와 진공압력에 대한 정보에 대응하여 진공을 인가하는 진공 펌프(40)와 수증기를 공급하는 가습 장치(30)를 제어함에 의해 장치의 동작을 제어하는 수단(107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112)을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소독장치.
