Claims (5)
- 안테나에서 수신한 초고주파 신호를 증폭하는 저잡음 증폭기와, 초고주파의 주파수를 낮추는 주파수 변환기와, 방해신호를 필터링하는 채널선택필터와, 필터링된 신호를 증폭하여 일정한 크기로 출력하는 가변이득증폭기와, 입력신호에 따라 가변이득증폭기의 이득을 자동으로 조절하는 중간주파수 자동이득제어기(IF AGC)가 구비된 수신기에 있어서,상기 중간주파수 자동이득제어기(IF AGC)와 가변이득증폭기에 연결되어 이득제어 신호인 IF AGC정보를 수신하고, 상기 IF AGC정보에 따라 GBW를 결정하여 상기 가변이득증폭기에 공급되는 전류를 조절하는 전류조절부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력소모를 감소시키는 전류조절부가 구비된 수신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전류조절부는상기 중간주파수 자동이득제어기(IF AGC)에 연결되어 가변이득증폭기의 입력신호에 따라 조절되는 이득제어 신호를 수신하는 IF AGC정보 수신부;수신한 IF AGC정보에 의해 상기 가변이득증폭기를 이루는 OP AMP의 GBW를 결정하는 GBW매핑부; 및최적화된 GBW를 구현하기 위한 기준전류를 상기 가변이득증폭기에 공급하는 기준전류제어부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력소모를 감소시키는 전류조절부가 구비된 수신기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 IF AGC정보에 의해 상기 가변이득증폭기가 기 설정된 기준값보다 큰 이득을 갖는 경우에는, 상기 GBW매핑부에서 기 설정된 기준값보다 큰 값의 GBW를 매핑하고, 상기 기준전류제어부에서 기 설정된 기준값보다 큰 값을 갖는 전류를 기준전류로 공급하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력소모를 감소시키는 전류조절부가 구비된 수신기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 IF AGC정보에 의해 상기 가변이득증폭기가 기 설정된 기준값보다 작은 이득을 갖는 경우에는, 상기 GBW매핑부에서 기 설정된 기준값보다 작은 값의 GBW를 매핑하고, 상기 기준전류제어부에서 기 설정된 기준값보다 작은 값을 갖는 전류를 기준전류로 공급하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력소모를 감소시키는 전류조절부가 구비된 수신기.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기준전류제어부에서 공급되는 기준전류는 상기 가변이득증폭기를 이루는 2단 증폭기 중 첫 번째 단의 기준전류로 공급되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력소모를 감소시키는 전류조절부가 구비된 수신기.
