Claims (3)
- 자동화 시스템에 의해 슬래그 폿을 운용하는 방법에 있어서,슬래그 폿의 온도분포 해석을 통해 상기 슬래그 폿의 변형이 일어나는 온도를 예측하고, 상기 예측된 온도를 기준온도로 설정하는 제1단계;상기 슬래그 폿의 사용 중에 상기 슬래그 폿의 온도를 측정하는 제2단계; 및상기 측정된 슬래그 폿의 온도를 상기 설정된 기준온도와 비교하여, 상기 슬래그 폿의 측정 온도가 상기 기준온도 이하이면 계속적으로 사용하기 위해 상기 슬래그 폿을 이동시키고, 상기 슬래그 폿의 측정온도가 상기 기준온도 이상이면 상기 슬래그 폿의 이동을 정지시켜 냉각시킨 후 상기 제2단계를 반복하는 제3단계를 포함하되,상기 제1단계에서 온도분포 해석은 상변태를 반영하여 열전달 해석과 열탄소성 응력 해석을 수행하여, 온도, 응력, 변형, 변위, 상 정보들을 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그 폿의 운용방법.

- 슬래그 폿의 운용을 제어하는 자동화 시스템에서,상변태를 반영하여 열전달 해석과 열탄소성 응력 해석을 통해, 온도, 응력, 변형, 변위, 상 정보들을 획득하여, 상기 슬래그 폿의 변형이 일어나는 온도를 예측하고, 상기 예측된 온도를 기준온도로 설정하는 제1단계;상기 슬래그 폿의 사용 중에 상기 슬래그 폿의 온도를 측정하는 제2단계; 및상기 측정된 슬래그 폿의 온도를 상기 설정된 기준온도와 비교하여, 상기 슬래그 폿의 측정 온도가 상기 기준온도 이하이면 계속적으로 사용하기 위해 상기 슬래그 폿을 이동시키고, 상기 슬래그 폿의 측정온도가 상기 기준온도 이상이면 상기 슬래그 폿의 이동을 정지시켜 냉각시킨 후 상기 제2단계를 반복하는 제3단계를 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
