Claims (11)
- 베이스 전극을 가지며, 내부에 엘이디로 전원을 공급하기 위한 회로기판이 내장되며, 환기홀을 갖는 상부캡;상부에 상기 상부캡이 취부되는 결합부와, 상기 결합부의 하측에 구성되며 외주면에 엘이디 기판 취부용 홈이 형성된 엘이디 고정부로 이루어진 방열금속체;상기 엘이디 기판 취부용 홈에 인입 설치되는 열전도성의 엘이디 기판 및 상기 엘이디 기판 상에 설치되는 엘이디; 및상기 방열금속체의 외부를 감싸고 있으면서 상기 결합부의 하부에 취부되는 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 된 하부캡을 포함하고,상기 방열금속체는 원기둥 형태를 갖고, 상기 엘이디 기판 취부용 홈은 상기 방열금속체 표면에 상부에서 하부로 나선 형태로 구비되며,상기 엘이디 기판은 직선의 스트링 형태를 갖는 기판이어서 상기 나선형의 엘이디 기판 취부용 홈에 탈부착 될 수 있고,상기 방열금속체에는 그 상하부를 관통하는 둘 이상의 방열로가 형성되되, 상기 방열로는 방열기능과 함께 상기 회로기판과 엘이디를 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 전선통과유로의 역할을 병행하고,상기 방열로들의 벽면에는 내부 방열핀이 형성되고,상기 방열금속체는 그의 밑면에도 엘이디 기판 취부용 홈을 더 포함하고, 상기 밑면에 형성된 엘이디 기판 취부용 홈에도 엘이디 기판이 설치되어 하부로도 빛을 발산할 수 있으며,상기 방열로를 통해 하부로 연장된 전선은 상기 방열금속체의 밑면에 형성된 하부의 엘이디 기판에 연결되는 캡슐형 엘이디 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캡슐형 엘이디 램프는 상기 엘이디의 색상 조절, 밝기 조절 및 온오프를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는 제어 신호의 수신 및 출력 단자를 구비하는 마이컴, 출력 단자로부터의 출력을 수신하여 PWM 신호를 출력하는 PWM 드라이버, PWM 신호를 수신하여 엘이디를 온오프하는 트랜지스터, 및 트랜지스터의 전류를 일정하게 유지하기 위해 전류를 측정하는 센싱 저항을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐형 엘이디 램프.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 엘이디는 적색 엘이디, 녹색 엘이디 및 청색 엘이디로 구성되고, 각 엘이디가 상기 PWM 드라이버, 트랜지스터 및 센싱 저항을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐형 엘이디 램프.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결합부와 상부캡, 결합부와 하부캡은 각각 나사 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐형 엘이디 램프.
