Claims (12)
- 베이스와,상기 베이스에 결합되어 있고 각각 독립된 교류 전계가 인가되는 분리된 복수개의 압전 세라믹으로 구성되어 기계적 진동을 발생시키는 압전 세라믹 진동체와,상기 복수개의 압전 세라믹에 부착되어 상기 압전 세라믹에 의한 기계적 진동을 전달하기 위한 전달부재와,상기 전달부재의 단부에 결합되어 있는 팁과,상기 팁과 마찰하여 구동되는 이동판을 포함하고,상기 전달부재에는 상기 압전 세라믹 진동체에 의해 발생한 진동을 상기 팁에 독립적으로 전달하고 타원형의 기계적 진동을 발생시키기 위한 슬릿이 형성되어 있는전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 압전 세라믹의 각각에 인가되는 교류 전계의 크기를 조절하여 상기 이동판의 구동력을 조절할 수 있는전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 압전 세라믹의 각각에 인가되는 교류 전계의 진동수를 조절하여 상기 이동판의 구동 속도를 조절할 수 있는전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 압전 세라믹의 각각에 인가되는 교류 전계의 위상을 조절하여 상기 이동판의 구동 방향을 조절할 수 있는전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압전 세라믹 진동체는 다층으로 적층되어 형성되는 전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다층으로 적층된 압전 세라믹 진동체의 각 인접하는 층은 서로의 분극 방향이 반대가 되도록 형성된 전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전달부재는 상기 압전 세라믹 진동체에 의해 발생한 기계적 진동을 상기 팁에서 증폭시키기 위해서 콘(cone) 형상을 갖는 전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전달부재에는 상기 압전 세라믹 진동체에 의해 발생한 기계적 진동의 X-축 또는 Y-축 변위를 증폭하기 위한 홀이 형성되어 있는 전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동판은 상기 팁과 접촉하는 면에 형성된 마찰부재를 더 포함하는 전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 팁은 내마모성이 우수한 고강도 알루미나(Al2O3)인 전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압전 세라믹 진동체와 상기 전달부재 사이의 최소 진동 지점에 삽입되는 고정판을 더 포함하는 전방향성 선형 압전초음파모터.
