Claims (11)
- 폴리에스테르 섬유 원재료를 투입하기 위한 투입부와,상기 투입부의 투입부 컨베이어를 통해 투입된 상기 폴리에스테르 섬유 원재료를 열압착하여 표면을 매끈하게 처리하는 열압착 롤러와,상기 열압착된 폴리에스테르 섬유 원재료의 상하 표면에 분사방식과 디핑방식을 병행하여 난연재액을 균일하게 함침하기 위한 난연재 분사장치와,상기 난연재액이 분사된 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유를 건조하도록 마이크로파 발생기 및 열풍 공급부가 설치되며, 상기 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유를 이송하기 위한 상하 다단의 운반 컨베이어를 갖는 개방형 건조기와,상기 난연재 분사장치의 반대쪽에 설치되며, 상기 건조된 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유 내장재를 에어 샤워하는 냉각기와,상기 냉각기로부터 제품 완성된 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유를 배출하는 배출부로 이루어지며,상기 폴리에스테르 섬유 원재료는 중앙을 기준으로 상하부 색상이 각각 다른 색인 이중 보드이며, 상기 개방형 건조기의 다단의 운반 컨베이어는 상하의 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3단의 컨베이어 벨트로 이루어지며, 상기 마이크로파 발생기는 최상단의 상기 제 1단 컨베이어 벨트 상측에서 60% 내지 80% 배치하고 그 하측의 상기 2단의 컨베이어에는 배치하지 않고 그 다음의 상기 제 3단 컨베이어 벨트에 40% 내지 20% 배치시키며, 상기 열풍 공급부는 상기 제 1단 내지 제 3단 컨베이어 벨트 측에 고루 분포되며, 상기 제 3단 컨베이이어 벨트측의 내부 열풍을 회수 및 재가열하여 재공급하며, 상기 제 2 및 제 3단 컨베이어 벨트 사이에는 2단→3단 전향 리프트가 설치되며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 컨베이어 벨트 사이에는 1단→2단 전향 리프트가 설치되며, 상기 최상단의 제 1단 컨베이어 벨트 및 제 3단 컨베이어 벨트의 상측에는 각각 폴리에스테르 난연 견면으로부터 발생된 수증기를 신속히 배습하도록 다수의 배기구가 설치되며, 상기 제품 완성된 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유는 중앙을 기준으로 상하로 색상이 다른 400∼540㎏/㎥ 밀도의 상부 및 하부로 이루어지고, 상기 상부의 상면과 상기 하부의 하면에는 각각 상기 열압착 롤러에 의해 처리된 광택이 나는 열압착 부분이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유 내장재의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 난연재 분사장치에서는 상기 폴리에스테르 섬유에 난연재액을 균일하게 분포시키기 위해 난연재액을 가열하여 30℃∼40℃로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유 내장재의 제조장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로파 발생기는 마이크로파 조사용 마그네트론과, 상기 마이크로파 조사용 마그네트론에 결합되어 마이크로파를 피건조물 쪽으로 전달하는 도파관과, 상기 도파관의 하단에 설치되어 마이크로파를 균일하게 분산시키는 스터러 또는 멀티슬롯으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유 내장재의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 건조기와 냉각기 사이에 열세팅을 위한 다른 열압착 롤러가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유 내장재의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 난연재 살포기를 통해 난연제액이 살포된 폴리에스테르 섬유 표면을 탈액하기 위한 탈수 롤러가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 난연 섬유 내장재의 제조장치.
