Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 단일층의 열가소성 수지로부터 형성되고, 조도(Ra)가 0.5~3㎛ 및 HDI(Height Distribution Index)가 3~8㎛인 균일한 표면거칠기를 가지며, 25nm 이하의 리타데이션(retardaiton) 값을 가지는 광확산 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산 필름은 두께가 60~450㎛인 광확산 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산 필름은 헤이즈가 70% 이상 및 전광선 투과율이 80% 이상인 광확산 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산 필름은 적어도 한 면에 엠보 패턴을 가지는 광확산 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지는 메타아크릴계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 시클로올레핀계 수지 및 폴리카보네이트계 수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 광확산 필름.
- 100~180㎛의 입자 직경을 가지는 연마재를 롤 표면에 4~12회 분사하여 샌드블라스팅 공정을 거친 롤을 열가소성 수지의 압출 공정의 냉각롤로 이용하는, 제1항의 광확산 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 연마재는 알루미늄 옥사이드(aluminum oxide), 글라스 비드(glass beads), 플라스틱 연마재(plastic blast media) 및 세라믹 비드(ceramic beads)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인, 광확산 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 롤은 고무롤 또는 스틸롤인, 광확산 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,제1 냉각롤과 제2 냉각롤 사이의 압력이 5~30 bar인, 광확산 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,제2 냉각롤의 온도가 상기 열가소성 수지의 Tg-40℃ 내지 Tg인, 광확산 필름의 제조방법.
