Claims (6)
- 평면패널의 양면에 압착하여 이송시키도록 서로 다른 방향으로 각각 독립적으로 회전하는 고정프레스 롤러와 가변히팅 프레스롤러가 구비되고, 상기 가변히팅 프레스롤러는 내부의 히터 또는 열매체에 의해 가열토록 설치되는 라미네이터; 및,상기 라미네이터의 앞부분 또는 뒷부분 중 적어도 한 곳 이상에 설치되는 히팅장치를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어 진 평면패널 라미네이팅 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이터는, 한 면에 필름이 연속하여 라미네이팅된 패널과 패널 사이를 감지한 후 그 평면패널의 위쪽에 라미네이팅된 필름을 자르도록 설치되는 커팅장치가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면패널 라미네이팅 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이터는, 상기 가변 히팅 프레스 롤러가 고정 프레스 롤러를 중심으로 상,하로 이동토록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면패널 라미네이팅 장치
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이터는, 접착필름 및 보호필름이 지지되는 접착필름언와인더 및 보호필름와인더가 더 구비되며,상기 접착필름언와인더 및 보호필름와인더의 한쪽에는 공기압에 의해 작동하 는 브레이크드럼이 장착되어 회전이 가능하도록 설계되어 필름의 장력을 조절 할 수 있고, 반대쪽에는 브라켓에 의해 샤프트를 고정 및 고정을 해제 할 수 있도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면패널 라미네이팅 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이터는, 고정 프레스 롤러와 가변 히팅 프레스 롤러가 서로 다른 방향으로 각각 독립적으로 회전하도록 설계된 기어와 체인을 통하여 동력이 전달되도록 하는 동력전달장치로서 회전토록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면패널 라미네이팅 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정프레스 롤러 및 가변 히팅 프레스롤러는 각각 그 대응되는 면에 돌기부와 요홈부가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판패널 라미네이팅 장치
