Claims (9)
- 유체가 이송되는 파이프에 연결되는 관형상으로 이루어지며 일측에는 결합부(12)가 형성되고 상기 결합부(12)의 내주면에는 리테이너 지지홈(14)이 구비된 밸브바디(10)와, 샤프트(30)가 승강 가능하도록 지지하는 상측의 샤프트 지지부(22)와 상기 밸브바디(10)의 결합부(12)에 내장되는 하측의 바디부(24)가 일체화되도록 합성수지로 성형된 하우징(20)과, 상기 하우징(20)에 내장되어 상기 샤프트 지지부(22)에 상하로 슬라이드 가능하게 결합된 샤프트(30)와, 상기 샤프트(30)의 하단부에 결합되어 상기 샤프트(30)의 승강에 따라 상기 하우징(20)의 하단부에서 승강되는 밸브체(50)와, 상기 밸브바디(10)의 상기 결합부(12) 내주면에 형성된 상기 리테이너 지지홈(14)에 결합되어 상기 하우징(20)을 상기 밸브바디(10)의 결합부(12)에 내장되도록 지지하는 리테이너(60)를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 리테이너(60)는 탄성 재질의 금속으로 링형상으로 제작되어 일측부에 개구부가 형성되고,상기 리테이너(60)의 일측 개구부는 링형상으로 제작된 리테이너 모재의 일부를 절단하여 형성되며, 상기 개구부에 형성된 양단부 중에서 적어도 하나의 단부측 일부를 상기 리테이너(60)의 중심 방향을 향하여 내측으로 절곡하여 내향 연장부(62)를 형성하며,상기 하우징(20)은 샤프트(30)가 승강 가능하도록 지지하는 상측의 샤프트 지지부(22)가 하측의 바디부(24) 중심부에 일체화되고, 상기 바디부(24)와 상기 샤프트 지지부(22) 사이에는 공간부(26)가 형성되며, 상기 샤프트 지지부(22)는 방사 방향으로 구비된 복수개의 보강리브(28)에 의해 상기 바디부(24)의 상측 공간부(26) 내벽면에 연결되어, 상기 하우징(20)의 상기 샤프트 지지부(22)와 상기 바디부(24)의 결합력이 상기 보강리브(28)에 의해 보강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브바디(10)에는 내부의 유체 통로(10a,10b)와 연통되는 센서소켓 결합부(16)가 형성되고, 상기 센서소켓 결합부(16)에는 센서를 상기 밸브바디(10)의 내부에 장착하는 센서소켓(70)이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 센서소켓 결합부(16)는 상기 밸브바디(10)의 유체통로(10a,10b) 중에서 공급유체통로(10a)에 형성되고, 상기 센서소켓(70)은 상기 센서소켓 결합부(16)에 결합되어 상기 밸브바디(10)에 센서가 일체로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 상기 밸브바디(10) 일측의 결합부(12)에 연결 장착되는 밸브체 작동장치(2)에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 센서에 의해 상기 밸브바디(10) 내부의 유체 통로(10a,10b)로 통과되는 공급 유체량이 감지되어 상기 센서의 신호에 의해 상기 밸브체 작동장치(2)를 작동되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
