- 삭제
- 엔진에 연결되는 유압펌프 및 파일럿 펌프;상기 유압펌프에 연결되어 작업장치를 구동시키는 유압실린더;상기 유압펌프와 유압실린더사이의 유로에 설치되고, 외부로부터 공급되는 파일럿 신호압력에 의해 절환시 유압실린더의 기동, 정지 및 방향전환을 제어하는 메인 컨트롤밸브;사용자에 의한 조작량에 대응되게 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터의 파일럿 신호압력을 출력하는 조이스틱;상기 메인 컨트롤밸브와 유압실린더사이의 유로에 설치되고, 메인 컨트롤밸브의 스풀 틈새를 통한 내부 누유로 인해 유압실린더의 유동을 방지하는 더블 체크밸브;상기 조이스틱의 조작으로 공급되는 파일럿 신호압력에 의해 절환시 상기 더블 체크밸브를 개방시키는 셀렉터밸브; 및상기 셀렉터밸브와 상기 메인 컨트롤밸브의 파일럿 신호라인의 합류점에 설치되고, 상기 유압실린더를 신장 구동 또는 수축 구동시키도록 메인 컨트롤밸브에 공급되는 압력중 고압이 선택되도록 하는 셔틀밸브를 포함하여,상기 더블 체크밸브는 유압실린더에 공급되는 작동압에 대해 별도의 외부 파일럿 신호압력에 의해 개폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 파일럿 작동형 홀딩밸브를 갖는 유압회로.
