Description
Claims (10)
- 밸브하우징의 일 측면에 형성되는 흡기구;상기 밸브하우징의 다른 측면에 형성되고, 이지알 쿨러의 냉각유로와 연결되는 제1배기구;상기 제1배기구와 인접한 위치에 형성되고, 이지알 쿨러의 바이패스유로와 연결되는 제2배기구;상기 밸브하우징의 내부에 형성되고, 상기 흡기구와 상기 제1 및 제2배기구를 연결할 수 있도록 중단에 분기점이 형성되는 가스이송로;상기 밸브하우징의 상면 흡기구 측에 형성되는 이지알 밸브 장착부;상기 이지알 밸브 장착부를 통해 결합되고, 일부가 상기 가스이송로의 흡기구 측에 위치되어, 배기가스를 흡입 또는 차단하는 이지알 밸브; 및상기 분기점에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 제1 및 제2배기구를 선택적으로 개폐하는 플랩을 포함하는 이지알 밸브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분기점은 세 개의 내벽으로 둘러싸인 프리즘 형상의 공간이며, 세 개의 내벽 중 어느 하나에 상기 흡기구와 연결되는 흡기공이 형성되고, 다른 두 개에 상기 제1 및 제2배기구와 각각 연결되는 제1 및 제2배기공이 형성되며, 상기 제1 및 제2배기공은 상기 플랩에 의해 선택적으로 개폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이지알 밸 브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2배기공이 형성된 두 내벽이 이루는 각도는 60~70도 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이지알 밸브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 이지알 밸브 장착부의 둘레를 따라 냉각수이송로가 형성되고, 상기 냉각수이송로의 입구는 이지알 쿨러의 냉각수 출구와 연결되며, 상기 냉각수이송로의 출구는 라디에이터와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이지알 밸브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 이지알 밸브의 일부가 삽입되는 상기 가스이송로의 흡기구 측 내벽에 상기 흡기공과 연결되는 보조이송로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이지알 밸브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
- 밸브하우징의 일 측면에 형성되는 흡기구;상기 밸브하우징의 다른 측면에 형성되는 배기구;상기 밸브하우징의 내부에 형성되고, 상기 흡기구와 상기 배기구를 연결하는 가스이송로;상기 가스이송로의 중단에서 분기되고, 이지알 쿨러와 연결되는 이지알 유로;상기 가스이송로의 중단에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 이지알 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 플랩;상기 밸브하우징의 상면 흡기구 측에 형성되는 이지알 밸브 장착부; 및상기 이지알 밸브 장착부를 통해 결합되고, 일부가 상기 가스이송로의 흡기구 측에 위치되어, 배기가스를 흡입 또는 차단하는 이지알 밸브를 포함하는 이지알 밸브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 이지알 밸브 장착부의 둘레를 따라 냉각수이송로가 형성되고, 상기 냉각수이송로의 입구는 이지알 쿨러의 냉각수 출구와 연결되며, 상기 냉각수이송로의 출구는 라디에이터와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이지알 밸브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 하나에 있어서,상기 밸브하우징의 일측에 상기 플랩을 회전시키는 구동수단이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이지알 밸브 일체형 바이패스 밸브.
