- 디스크 기판의 표면을 미세 요철 형상으로 가공하는 공정과,요철 형상을 갖는 스탬퍼를 이용해서 가열하면서 가압하는 압축 성형가공에 의해, 상기 디스크 기판의 미세 요철 형상으로 가공한 적어도 한쪽 표면에 상기 요철 형상을 전사하는 공정과,상기 디스크 기판의 상기 요철 형상면 위에 기록층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 기록층 위에 피복층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정보기록매체는, 상기 피복층측에서 상기 기록층에 빛을 조사해서, 정보를 기록 또는 재생하는 것이며,상기 기록층으로서 광학 기록층을 형성하고,상기 피복층으로서 광 투과성의 피복층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층으로서 자기 기록층을 형성하고,상기 피복층으로서 윤활층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 기판의 양면에 요철 형상을 전사하고,상기 디스크 기판의 양면의 요철 형상면 위에 기록층을 형성하고,상기 디스크 기판의 양면의 상기 기록층 위에 피복층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 성형가공에 있어서, 전자유도 가열에 의해 상기 디스크 기판을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 성형가공에 있어서, 근적외선 램프 또는 원적외선 램프를 복수개 배열한 할로겐 램프를 이용하여, 상기 디스크 기판을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 성형가공에 있어서, 상기 디스크 기판의 유리 전이 온도보다도 5℃ 내지 50℃ 높은 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 디스크 기판의 표면을 미세 요철 형상으로 가공하는 공정과,요철 형상을 갖는 스탬퍼를 이용해서 가열하면서 가압하는 압축 성형가공에 의해, 상기 디스크 기판의 미세 요철 형상으로 가공한 적어도 한쪽 표면에 상기 요철 형상을 전사하는 공정과,상기 디스크 기판의 상기 요철 형상면 위에 제1 광학 기록층을 형성하는 공정과,수지 시트의 표면을 미세 요철 형상으로 가공하는 공정과,요철 형상을 갖는 스탬퍼를 이용해서 가열하면서 가압하는 압축 성형가공에 의해, 상기 수지 시트의 미세 요철 형상으로 가공한 적어도 한쪽 표면에 상기 요철 형상을 전사하는 공정과,상기 수지 시트의 상기 요철 형상면 위에 제2 광학 기록층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 제1 광학 기록층과 상기 제2 광학 기록층을 접합하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지 시트의 한쪽 표면에 상기 요철 형상을 전사하는 공정에 있어서, 또 상기 수지 시트의 다른 쪽 표면에도 요철 형상을 전사하고,상기 수지 시트의 다른 쪽 표면의 요철 형상면 위에 제3 광학 기록층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 제3 광학 기록층의 상층에 광 투과성의 피복층을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 압축 성형가공에 있어서, 전자유도 가열에 의해 상기 수지 시트를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 압축 성형가공에 있어서, 근적외선 램프 또는 원적외선 램프를 복수개 배열한 할로겐 램프를 이용해서 상기 수지 시트를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조방법.

- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은 상기 상금형을 가열하는 상열반과, 상기 하금형을 가열하는 하열반을 포함하고, 상기 하금형과 상금형간의 가압력을 균일화하는 수단이, 상기 하열반 또는 하금형의 부착판에 설치된 소정의 곡률을 갖는 베어링부인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 하금형과 상금형간의 가압력을 균일화하는 수단이, 상기 상하 금형의 중금형과 접촉하는 면의 평평한 면에 부착된 두께 0.2㎜ 이상 2.0㎜ 이하의 탄성체 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체의 제조장치.
- 적어도 한쪽 표면에 요철 형상을 갖는 디스크 기판과,상기 디스크 기판의 상기 요철 형상면 위에 형성된 기록층과,상기 기록층 위에 형성된 피복층을 가지고,상기 디스크 기판은, 표면이 미세 요철 형상으로 가공된 후에, 미세 요철 형상으로 가공된 표면에 요철 형상을 갖는 스탬퍼를 이용해서 가열하면서 가압하는 압축 성형가공에 의해 상기 요철 형상이 전사된 디스크 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
- 적어도 한쪽 표면에 요철 형상을 갖는 디스크 기판과, 상기 디스크 기판의 상기 요철 형상면 위에 형성된 제1 광학 기록층과, 적어도 한쪽 표면에 요철 형상 을 갖는 수지 시트와, 상기 수지 시트의 상기 요철 형상면 위에 형성된 제2 광학 기록층을 가지고, 상기 제1 광학 기록층과 상기 제2 광학 기록층이 접합되어 있고, 상기 디스크 기판에 대해서 상기 수지 시트측에서 상기 제1 광학 기록층 및 제2 광학 기록층에 빛을 조사하여, 정보를 기록 또는 재생하는 정보기록매체이며,상기 디스크 기판은, 표면이 미세 요철 형상으로 가공된 후에, 미세 요철 형상으로 가공된 표면에 요철 형상을 갖는 스탬퍼를 이용해서 가열하면서 가압하는 압축 성형가공에 의해 상기 요철 형상이 전사된 디스크 기판이고,상기 수지 시트는, 표면이 미세 요철 형상으로 가공된 후에, 미세 요철 형상으로 가공된 표면에 요철 형상을 갖는 스탬퍼를 이용해서 가열하면서 가압하는 압축 성형가공에 의해 상기 요철 형상이 전사된 수지 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 수지 시트의 다른 쪽 표면에 요철 형상이 더 형성되고, 해당 수지 시트의 다른 쪽 표면의 요철 형상면 위에 제3 광학 기록층이 더 형성되어, 상기 제3 광학 기록층의 상층에 광 투과성의 피복층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
