Claims (4)
- 두께 방향으로 착자(着磁)된 판상 형상을 갖는 마그넷의 일측 표면에 판상의 자성체로 이루어지는 폴 피스(pole piece)를 부착하고, 타측 표면에 판상의 자성체로 이루어지는 요크(yoke)를 부착함으로써, 상기 폴 피스 단부(端部)와 상기 요크와의 사이에 자기 공극을 형성한 자기회로부를 갖고, 상기 자기회로부를 서스펜션에 의해 하우징 내벽에 지지하고, 그리고 상기 자기 공극에 배치하고, 다이어프램(diaphragm)에 부착된 코일로 교류 전류를 입력함으로써 상기 자기회로부 또는 다이어프램을 진동시키는 다기능형 진동 액츄에이터에 있어서,상기 서스펜션을 자성체에 의해 구성하고, 서스펜션 내주(內周) 측면 단부가 자기 공극의 일단(一端)을 구성하도록, 상기 서스펜션을 상기 자기회로부의 테두리부상에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능형 진동 액츄에이터.
- 두께 방향으로 착자된 판상 형상을 갖는 마그넷의 일측 표면에 판상의 자성체로 이루어지는 폴 피스를 부착하고, 타측 표면에 판상의 자성체로 이루어지는 요크를 부착함으로써, 상기 폴 피스 단부와 상기 요크와의 사이에 자기 공극을 형성한 자기회로부를 갖고, 상기 자기회로부를 서스펜션에 의해 하우징 내벽에 지지하고, 그리고 상기 자기 공극에 배치하고, 다이어프램에 부착된 코일로 교류 전류를 입력함으로써 상기 자기회로부 또는 다이어프램을 진동시키는 다기능형 진동 액츄에이터에 있어서,상기 서스펜션을 자성체에 의해 구성하고, 서스펜션 내주 측면 단부가 자기 공극의 일단을 구성하도록, 상기 서스펜션을 상기 자기회로부의 테두리부상에 설치하고, 상기 하우징 내주에 계단부를 마련하여, 상기 서스펜션 외주(外周) 표면을 계단부로 지지하고, 상기 계단부와 서스펜션을 관통하여 음향 발생 구멍을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능형 진동 액츄에이터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,자기회로부에 중량체를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능형 진동 액츄에이터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,자기회로부 측면과 원통형을 갖는 하우징 내벽과의 간격이, 하우징 내벽 반경의 0초과∼2.5%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능형 진동 액츄에이터.
