Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 유기발광 소자들이 형성된 제1 기판;상기 제1 기판에 결합되는 제2 기판;상기 제2 기판에 형성되고 외부 소스에 의해 발생하는 입사광의 변화를 감지하는 포토 센서; 및상기 포토 센서를 커버하면서 상기 유기발광 소자로부터 발광된 빛을 상기 포토 센서가 감지하지 못하도록 차단하는 차단층을 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차단층은 상기 유기발광 소자를 향하는 면에 형성된 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차단층은 블랙 매트릭스로 이루어진 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차단층은 MIHL(Metal Insulator Hybrid Layer), 블랙 폴리머(black polymer), 카본 블랙(carborn black)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어진 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차단층 사이에는 컬러 필터가 설치된 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차단층은 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기발광 소자는 매트릭스 형태로 배치되는 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 포토 센서는 상기 유기발광 소자 사이의 공간 상부에 위치하는 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 포토 센서와 상기 제2 기판 사이에는 터치 전극이 형성된 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 터치 전극은 투명한 도전성 소재로 이루어진 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 터치 전극은 ITO(Induim Tin Oxide), IZO(Induim Zinc Oxide), AZO(Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide), GZO(Gallium-doped Zinc Oxide), FTO(Fluorine Tin Oxide), ATO(Antimony doped Tin Oxide)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어진 유기발광 표시장치.
- 유기발광 소자들이 형성된 제1 기판;상기 제1 기판에 결합되는 제2 기판;상기 유기발광 소자들과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 형성된 차단층; 및상기 차단층에 의하여 덮여지며, 상기 차단층과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 형성된 포토 센서를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 차단층은 블랙 매트릭스로 이루어진 유기발광 표시장치
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 포토 센서는 상기 유기발광 소자를 향하는 면이 상기 차단층으로 덮여 진 유기발광 표시장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 포토 센서와 접촉하도록 형성된 터치 전극을 더 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치.
