Description
Claims (12)
- 복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들과,상기 복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들 각각과 접속되며, 서로 다른 시간에 턴-온되어 해당 프레임 기간 동안 공급된 동일한 데이터신호에 대응하는 전류를 상기 복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들 각각으로 서로 다른 시간에 공급하는 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들을 포함하는 화소.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들은, 제1 전압(로우레벨 전압) 및 제2 전압(하이레벨 전압)이 교번적으로 공급되는 하나의 발광 제어선에 게이트 전극이 공통으로 접속된 서로 다른 타입의 트랜지스터로 설정되는 화소.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들은, 서로 다른 시간에 발광 제어신호가 공급되는 서로 다른 발광 제어선에 게이트 전극이 접속된 동일한 타입의 트랜지스터로 설정되는 화소.
- 제1항에 있어서,주사선으로부터 주사신호가 공급될 때 데이터선으로부터 공급되는 데이터 신호를 화소 내부로 전달하는 스위칭 트랜지스터와,상기 스위칭 트랜지스터로부터 공급되는 상기 데이터 신호를 저장하는 커패시터와,상기 데이터 신호에 대응하는 크기의 전류를 상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들로 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 화소.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 트랜지스터는 상기 데이터선과 제1 노드 사이에 접속되며, 게이트 전극이 상기 주사선에 접속되고,상기 커패시터는 상기 제1 노드와 제1 화소전원 사이에 접속되며,상기 구동 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 화소전원과 상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들 사이에 접속되며, 게이트 전극이 상기 제1 노드에 접속되고,상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들 및 상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들 각각에 접속된 복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들은, 상기 구동 트랜지스터와 제2 화소전원 사이에 병렬 접속된 화소.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들은 동일한 색의 빛을 방출하는 유기 발광층을 포함하는 화소.
- 주사선들, 발광 제어선들 및 데이터선들에 접속된 다수의 화소들을 포함하는 화소부와, 상기 주사선들 및 발광 제어선들로 각각 주사신호 및 발광 제어신호를 출력하는 주사 구동부를 포함하며,상기 화소들 각각은,복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들과,상기 복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들 각각과 접속되며, 서로 다른 시간에 턴-온되어 해당 프레임 기간 동안 공급된 동일한 데이터신호에 대응하는 전류를 상기 복수의 유기 발광 다이오드들 각각으로 서로 다른 시간에 공급하는 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들을 포함하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,하나의 화소 내에 포함된 상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들은, 동일한 하나의 발광 제어선에 게이트 전극이 공통으로 접속된 서로 다른 타입의 트랜지스터로 설정되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 주사 구동부는 한 수평기간 동안 하나의 발광 제어선에 교번적으로 제1 전압(로우레벨 전압) 및 제2 전압(하이레벨 전압)으로 설정되는 상기 발광 제어신호를 출력하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,하나의 화소 내에 포함된 상기 복수의 발광제어 트랜지스터들은, 서로 다른 시간에 발광 제어신호가 공급되는 서로 다른 발광 제어선에 게이트 전극이 접속된 동일한 타입의 트랜지스터로 설정되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 주사 구동부는 한 수평기간 동안 상기 서로 다른 발광 제어선에 교번적으로 상기 발광 제어신호를 출력하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,하나의 화소 내에 포함된 상기 유기 발광 다이오드들은 동일한 색의 빛을 방출하는 유기 발광층을 포함하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
