Claims (6)
- 내부에 회전자와 고정자가 설치되는 결합공이 형성되고, 외면을 둘러서는 안착부가 요입되게 형성되는 내측하우징과;냉각수가 순환되는 순환경로를 형성하기 위해 상기 안착부에서 상기 내측하우징의 외주면을 둘러싸도록 다수개가 구비되고, 각각 형성된 순환경로는 서로 연통되어 나선형을 형성하도록 상호 연결되는 구획링과;상기 순환경로를 외부와 차단하기 위하여 상기 내측하우징 및 구획링의 외주면을 둘러서 결합되고, 외면에는 냉각수가 유입 및 유출되는 냉각수입구 및 냉각수출구가 구비되는 외측하우징을 포함하여 구성되고,상기 구획링은 링형상에서 링 형상에서 일부가 단절되어 형성되는 시작부와, 상기 시작부의 끝단에서 인접한 다른 구획링의 시작부와 연결되도록 절곡되어 형성된 절곡부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구획링은 용접에 의해 상기 내측하우징의 안착부에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수입구는 상기 순환경로와 연통되도록 상기 외측하우징의 일단에 구비되고, 상기 냉각수출구는 상기 외측하우징의 타단에 구비되어 냉각수가 상기 외측하우징의 일단에서 타단으로 순환됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수입구와 냉각수출구는 각각 적어도 두 개 이상이 상기 순환경로와 연통되도록 상기 외측하우징의 중앙 또는 양단에 구비되고, 냉각수는 각각 분리된 이동경로로 상기 외측하우징을 순환함을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내측하우징의 결합공에 고정자가 압입되어 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
