Claims (8)
- 금속반사막을 구비한 지지기판에 신틸레이터를 형성한 신틸레이터 패널에 있어서,상기 지지기판은,방사선 투과성의 도전성기판과,상기 금속반사막과 상기 도전성기판과의 사이에 형성되고, 상기 금속반사막 및 상기 도전성기판에 밀착하여 이들의 접촉을 방지하는 부도체의 무기막으로 이루어지는 중간막과,상기 금속반사막 상에 형성되어 금속반사막을 보호하는 보호막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호막은, 무기막 및 유기막을 조합하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 무기막인 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 보호막이 가지는 상기 무기막은 LiF, MgF2, SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, MgO 및 SiN으로 이루어지는 군 중의 물질을 포함하는 재료로 이루어지는 투명막인 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 금속반사막을 구비한 지지기판에 신틸레이터를 형성한 신틸레이터 패널에 있어서,상기 지지기판은,방사선 투과성의 알루미늄기판과,상기 금속반사막과 상기 알루미늄기판과의 사이에 형성되고, 상기 금속반사막 및 상기 알루미늄기판에 밀착하여 이들의 접촉을 방지하는 것과 동시에 상기 금속반사막의 부식을 억제하는 부도체의 무기막으로 이루어지는 중간막과,상기 금속반사막 상에 형성되어 금속반사막을 보호하는 보호막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 보호막은, 무기막 및 유기막을 조합하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 보호막이 가지는 상기 무기막은 LiF, MgF2, SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, MgO 및 SiN으로 이루어지는 군 중의 물질을 포함하는 재료로 이루어지는 투명막인 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 금속반사막이 알루미늄 반사막인 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
