Claims (5)
- 후방으로 개구부(111)가 형성된 하우징(11)과 상기 하우징(11)을 개폐하기 위한 커버(12)를 구비한 본체(10)와, 상기 본체(10)에 삽입 설치되며 열을 후방으로 방출시키기 위한 방열부재(20)와, 상기 방열부재(20)에 설치되어 광을 발산하기 위한 엘이디모듈(30)과, 상기 엘이디모듈(30)을 보호하고 상기 엘이디모듈(30)로부터 발광되는 광의 산란을 방지하기 위한 보호부재(40)와, 구조물 주변 또는 조명지역에 고정되며 상기 본체(10)의 투광각도를 조절가능하게 지지하는 지지부재(50)와, 상기 엘이디모듈(30)을 제어하도록 상기 지지부재(50)의 내부에 설치되는 제어모듈(60)로 구성되는 엘이디 투광등 제조방법에 있어서,상기 본체(10), 상기 방열부재(20), 상기 엘이디모듈(30), 상기 보호부재(40), 상기 지지부재(50) 및 상기 제어모듈(60)을 준비하는 단계(S100);상기 방열부재(20)의 방열부(22)가 상기 하우징(11)의 후방으로 노출되도록 상기 본체(10)의 하우징(11)의 개구부(111)에 상기 방열부재(20)의 방열부(22)를 삽입하여 배치하는 단계(S102);상기 본체(10)의 하우징(11)에 설치된 상기 방열부재(20)의 수용홈(211)에 상기 엘이디모듈(30)을 삽입하는 단계(S104);상기 방열부재(20)의 수용홈(211)에 설치된 엘이디모듈(30)의 각각의 렌즈(33)에 상기 보호부재(40)의 각각의 개구(42)가 외삽되도록 배치하고, 조절볼트(B1)로 상기 보호부재(40)와 상기 엘이디모듈(30)을 상기 방열부재(20)에 고정시키는 단계(S106);상기 보호부재(40)의 표면과 상기 엘이디모듈(30)의 렌즈(33)의 광발산부(333)의 표면이 일치되도록 상기 조절볼트(B1)의 고정높이를 조절하는 단계(S108);상기 본체(10)의 하우징(11)과 커버(12)를 결합시킨 후, 볼트(B)를 상기 하우징(11)의 고정공(112)과 상기 커버(12)의 관통공(122)에 체결하여 상호 고정시키는 단계(S110);상기 제어모듈(60)을 상기 엘이디모듈(30)에 연결하고, 상기 제어모듈(60)을 상기 지지부재(50)에 고정시킨 후 상기 지지부재(50)를 폐쇄하여 엘이디 투광등을 완성하는 단계(S112)를 포함하며:상기 엘이디모듈(30)에 연결된 와이어(36)는, 외부로부터 차폐되도록 상기 방열부재(20)의 관통홈(216), 상기 본체(10)의 하우징(11)의 관통공(113), 상기 본체(10)의 연결부(114)의 관통구(115), 상기 지지부재(50)의 고정축(512)의 관통구(513)를 통해 상기 제어모듈(60)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 투광등 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘이디모듈(30) 삽입단계(S104) 전, 후에는 상기 엘이디모듈(30)의 각각의 엘이디(32)에 상기 렌즈(33)를 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 투광등 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(10)의 하우징(11) 및 상기 커버(12)와 상기 방열부재(20)의 상호 고정단계(S110)는 상기 방열부재(20)의 설치홈(215)에 패킹(212)을 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 투광등 제조방법.
