Claims (19)
- 대추, 구기자, 마늘, 인삼, 쑥, 미나리, 솔잎 및 칡으로 구성되는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 기능성식품과, 목초액, 주정, 키토산 추출액, 식초, 마늘 엑기스 및 당밀로 구성되는 미생물기질을 물에 넣고 섬유소 분해미생물, 내산성 사상균 및 유산균으로 구성되는 미생물을 투여하여 발효시켜 이루어지는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 미생물기질은 기능성식품 50 내지 60 중량%, 목초액 1 내지 5 중량%, 주정 2 내지 10 중량%, 키토산 추출액 0.5 내지 5 중량%, 식초 15 내지 25 중량%, 마늘 엑기스 0.1 내지 1 중량%, 및 당밀 5 내지 15 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 키토산 추출액은 식초에 게껍질을 넣고 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 마늘 엑기스는 물에 마늘을 넣고 당밀과 미생물액을 혼합한 후 20~28℃ 에서 5 내지 15일간 발효시켜 추출한 것을 이용하되,상기 미생물액은 섬유소 분해미생물, 내산성 사상균 및 유산균을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 미생물기질에 홍고추 엑기스가 0.1 내지 1 중량% 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 홍고추 엑기스는 물에 마늘을 넣고 당밀과 미생물액을 혼합한 후 20~28℃에서 5 내지 15일간 발효시켜 추출한 것을 이용하되,상기 미생물액은 섬유소 분해미생물, 내산성 사상균 및 유산균을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 미생물기질에 소금이 0.1 내지 1 중량% 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 미생물은 섬유소 분해미생물 20 내지 35 중량%, 내산성 사상균 25 내지 35 중량% 및 유산균 28 내지 45 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 섬유소 분해미생물은 루미노코커스 앨브스(Ruminococcus albus), 바실라스 리케니포미스(Bacillus licheniformis), 바실러스 서트리스(Bacillus subtilis), 및 파이로박터 석시노겐스(Fibrobacter succinogens)로 이루어지는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내산성 사상균은 싸카로마이세스 세르비지에(Saccharomycetes . cerevisiae), 에스퍼질러스 나이거(Aspergillus niger), 에스퍼질러스 오라이제(Aspergillus oryzae), 및 페니실리움 에스피피(Penicillium spp.)로 이루어지는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 유산균은 락토바실러스 카제이(Lactobacillus casei) 및 락토바실러스 엑시도필러스(Lactobacillus acidophilus)로 이루어지는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 미생물에 광합성균이 3 내지 15 중량% 더 포함되되, 상기 광합성균은 스네코사이스티스 에스피피(Synechocystis spp.)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 미생물에 방선균이 3 내지 15 중량% 더 포함되되, 상기 방선균은 엑티노마이세스 에스피피(Actinomycetes spp.)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 미강, 황토, 숯 및 말분으로 구성되는 배지에 청구항 1의 가축용 생균제와, 섬유소 분해미생물, 내산성 사상균 및 유산균으로 구성되는 미생물과, 당밀을 투여하여 발효시켜 이루어지는 가축용 생균제.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 배지는 미강 65 내지 85 중량%, 황토 13 내지 25 중량%, 숯 1 내지 10 중량%, 및 말분 1 내지 10 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제.
- 대추, 구기자, 마늘, 인삼, 쑥, 미나리, 솔잎 및 칡으로 구성되는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 기능성식품과, 목초액, 주정, 키토산 추출액, 식초, 마늘 엑기스 및 당밀로 구성되는 미생물기질을 물에 넣고 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합물에 섬유소 분해미생물, 내산성 사상균 및 유산균으로 구성되는 미생물을 투여하는 단계; 및상기 미생물이 투여된 혼합물을 20~28℃에서 10 내지 20일간 발효시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 가축용 생균제 제조방법.
- 미강, 황토, 숯 및 말분으로 구성되는 배지에 청구항 16에서 제조된 가축용 생균제와, 섬유소 분해미생물, 내산성 사상균 및 유산균으로 구성되는 미생물과, 당밀을 투여하여 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 20~28℃에서 10 내지 20일간 발효시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 가축용 생균제 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 발효단계에서 상기 혼합물을 미세 구멍이 뚫린 봉지에 담아 발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축용 생균제 제조방법.
