Abstract
Description
상기 제1가속터빈의 일측 또는 양측에 배치되어 동일 터빈축에 설치되고, 상기 출수로에서 배출되는 물보다 상기 보의 전방으로 멀리 배출되도록 상기 보의 상부에서 길게 돌출되게 형성되고 상기 출수로의 일측면 또는 양측면에 상기 출수로에 접하도록 설치된 중량 및 가속용 공급관로로부터 출수되는 낙수물의 중량 및 가속을 받아 가속회전하는 제2가속터빈;
상기 보의 전방에 입설된 터빈 지지대에 승강 가능하게 설치된 승강판;
상기 보의 전방에서 좌우방향으로 수평 이동가능하게 상기 승강판의 상부에 설치되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2가속터빈을 지지하는 슬라이딩 지지대;
상기 승강판에 장착되고, 상기 슬라이딩 지지대에 연결되어 상기 제1 및 제2 가속터빈과 상기 보의 간격을 조정하는 간격조정용 작동기;
상기 터빈축의 일단에 결합되어 상기 제1 및 제2가속터빈의 회전에 따른 상기 터빈축의 회전을 증속시키는 증속수단; 및
상기 증속수단에 연결된 회전자를 갖고 유도기전력으로 전기를 발생시키는 발전기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 증속수단은,
상기 터빈축에 결합되어 회전하는 구동측 증속기어;
상기 구동측 증속기어에 치합되고, 상기 구동측 증속기어의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖도록 형성되어 증속되는 피동측 증속기어; 및
상기 피동측 증속기어의 출력축에 결합된 클러치를 구비하여 상기 발전기 입력축의 회전속도를 일정하게 유지하는 증속기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따르면,
상기 제 1 및 제 2가속터빈의 터빈날개에는 낙수물의 낙하방향과 직교되는 방향에 대하여 상기 낙수물의 낙하방향으로 예각을 갖도록 경사지게 형성되어 상기 터빈날개사이에서 와류를 방지하는 다수의 와류방지용 압력판이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (5)
- 보(10)의 상부에 형성된 출수로(11)로부터 배출된 물의 가속력을 전달받아 회전되도록 상기 출수로(11)의 전방에 회전 가능하게 배치된 제1가속터빈(20);상기 제1가속터빈(20)의 일측 또는 양측에 배치되어 동일 터빈축(28)에 설치되고, 상기 출수로(11)에서 배출되는 물보다 상기 보(10)의 전방으로 멀리 배출되도록 상기 보(10)의 상부에서 길게 돌출되게 형성되고 상기 출수로(11)의 일측면 또는 양측면에 상기 출수로(11)에 접하도록 설치된 중량 및 가속용 공급관로(12)로부터 출수되는 낙수물의 중량 및 가속을 받아 가속회전하는 제2가속터빈(30);상기 보(10)의 전방에 입설된 터빈 지지대(100)에 승강 가능하게 설치된 승강판(110);상기 보(10)의 전방에서 좌우방향으로 수평 이동가능하게 상기 승강판(110)의 상부에 설치되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2가속터빈(20)(30)을 지지하는 슬라이딩 지지대(112);상기 승강판(110)에 장착되고, 상기 슬라이딩 지지대(112)에 연결되어 상기 제1 및 제2 가속터빈(20)(30)과 상기 보(10)의 간격을 조정하는 간격조정용 작동기(120);상기 터빈축(28)의 일단에 결합되어 상기 제1 및 제2가속터빈(20)(30)의 회전에 따른 상기 터빈축(28)의 회전을 증속시키는 증속수단; 및상기 증속수단에 연결된 회전자를 갖고 유도기전력으로 전기를 발생시키는 발전기(60)를 포함하되,상기 제 1 및 제 2가속터빈(20)(30)의 터빈날개에는 낙수물의 낙하방향과 직교되는 방향에 대하여 상기 낙수물의 낙하방향으로 예각을 갖도록 경사지게 형성되어 상기 터빈날개 사이에서 와류를 방지하는 다수의 와류방지용 압력판(24)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 수력 발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 증속수단은,상기 터빈축(28)에 결합되어 회전하는 구동측 증속기어(41);상기 구동측 증속기어(41)에 치합되고, 상기 구동측 증속기어(41)의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖도록 형성되어 증속되는 피동측 증속기어(42); 및상기 피동측 증속기어(42)의 출력축에 결합된 클러치(44)를 구비하여 상기 발전기(60) 입력축의 회전속도를 일정하게 유지하는 증속기(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 수력 발전기.
