Claims (5)
- 베드(1)에 설치되어 공작물을 회전지지하는 주축대(2)와, 상기 주축대(2)에 대향되게 형성되는 심압대(3)와, 상기 주축대(2)와 심압대(3) 사이에 끼워져 회전하는 공작물을 가공하는 공구가 설치된 공구대(6)를 구성하여 호브를 가공하는 CNC 릴리빙 선반에 있어서,베드(1)에 설치되어 좌우로 이동되는 본체좌우이동테이블(10);상기 본체좌우이동테이블(10)의 상측에 결합되는 받침부(21)와, 일측이 전방에 구성된 캠작동부(30)에 결합되고 타측에는 너트(22)가 결합된 본체전후이동테이블(23)과, 상기 받침부(21)와 본체전후이동테이블(23) 사이에 구성되어 너트(22)에 결합되는 볼스크류(24)와, 상기 볼스크류(24)를 회전시키는 스크류풀리(25)와, 전후작동모터(26)의 구동에 따라 스크류풀리(25)를 구동시키는 스크류벨트(27)와, 볼스크류(24)의 회전을 감지하는 앤코더(28)로 이루어진 회전작동부(29)로 구성된 본체전후이동부(20);상기 본체전후이동부(20)에 구성된 본체전후이동테이블(23)의 상부에 슬라이드결합되되, 전방에 구성된 캠작동부(30)와 후방에 구성된 복귀스프링(40)에 의해 본체전후이동테이블(23)의 상부에서 전후로 슬라이딩 운동되며, 상부에는 공구대(6)가 고정설치된 가공테이블(50);로 구성된 것에 특징이 있는 CNC 릴리빙 선반.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 캠작동부(30)는,본체전후이동부(20)의 본체전후이동테이블(23)의 전방에 결합되는 캠샤프트(31)와, 상기 캠샤프트(31)에 결합되는 캠풀리(32)와, 캠모터(33)의 구동에 따라 캠풀리(32)를 구동시키는 캠벨트(34)와, 상기 캠샤프트(31)의 끝단에 결합되어 회전운동하는 캠(35)으로 구성된 것에 특징이 있는 CNC 릴리빙 선반.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 캠(35)은 가공테이블의(50) 후진운동이 캠(35)의 회전각도 0° ~ 320°에서 일어나고, 가공테이블(50)의 전진운동이 캠(35)의 회전각도 320°~ 0°에서 일어나도록 편심형으로 형성된 것에 특징이 있는 CNC 릴리빙 선반.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 캠작동부(30)의 전방으로는 가공테이블(50)의 전후이동에 따른 충격을 완화하는 쇼바(60)가 더 포함되어 구성된 것에 특징이 있는 CNC 릴리빙 선반.
