Claims (4)
- 방열판에 통공을 형성하는 단계;커넥터 연결공이 형성된 PCB를 상기 통공이 커버되게 부착하는 단계;상기 커넥터 연결공과 상응하는 위치에 관통공을 형성한 절연격벽체를 상기 통공에 끼움결합하는 단계;전면에 돌설된 커넥터 연결핀이 상기 절연격벽체의 관통공에 관통되게 상기 절연격벽체 후면에 커넥터를 설치하는 단계;상기 PCB의 외측으로 돌출된 커넥터 연결핀을 납땜하여 고정하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 사이드 턴 시그널 램프의 제작방법.
- 커넥터 연결공을 가지며 그 양단에 LED가 설치된 PCB와;상기 PCB의 배면에 부착되는 방열판에 형성된 통공과;상기 통공에 삽입되고 중앙에 관통공이 형성된 절연격벽체와;상기 절연격벽체의 배면에 밀착되며, 상기 절연격벽체의 관통공을 통해 상기 PCB의 커넥터 연결공에 전기적으로 연결되는 커넥터 연결핀이 설치된 커넥터;를 포함하여 구성되는 사이드 턴 시그널 램프.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 커넥터 연결핀의 모양은 서로 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 턴 시 그널 램프.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 절연격벽체와 커넥터는 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 턴 시그널 램프.
