Claims (10)
- 하기 산화물 기준의 몰% 표시로 SiO2 20∼70 %, TiO2+Nb2O5+SnO2+Ta2O5+WO3+CeO2 10∼50 %, MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 0∼50 %, B2O3+Al2O3 0∼30 %, Nb2O5 10∼50 % 를 함유하고, 알칼리 금속 산화물을 실질적으로 함유하지 않고, 글라스 전이점이 600 ℃ 이상이며, 또한 20 ℃에서의 비저항이 1015 Ω·㎝ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 글라스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO가 10~50 몰% 인, 글라스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,La2O3+Y2O3 0~15 몰% 을 함유하는, 글라스.
- 삭제
- 하기 산화물 기준의 몰% 표시로 SiO2 20∼70 %, TiO2+Nb2O5+SnO2+Ta2O5+WO3+CeO2 10∼50 %, MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 0∼50 %, B2O3+Al2O3 0∼30 %, Nb2O5 10∼50 % 를 함유하고, 알칼리 금속 산화물을 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 글라스를 획득할 수 있도록 조합된 원료를 용해하여, 글라스 전이점이 600 ℃ 이상이고, 20 ℃ 에서의 비저항이 1015 Ω·㎝ 이하인 글라스를 제조하는 방법으로서,글라스 중에 Fe 가 존재하는 경우에 [Fe2+]/([Fe2+]+[Fe3+])로 표현되는 레독스 R 이 0.6 이상이 되는 조건으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글라스의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 R 은 Fe2O3 기준의 Fe 함유량이 0.01∼1.0 몰% 의 범위로 측정되는, 글라스의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 글라스는 La2O3+Y2O3 0~15 몰% 을 함유하는, 글라스의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 기재된 글라스의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는, 글라스.
- 형광체를 갖는 애노드 패널, 전자를 방출하는 에미터를 갖는 에미터 패널, 및 복수의 스페이서를 가지며, 애노드 패널과 에미터 패널이 상기 복수의 스페이서를 사이에 두고 대향하고 있는 필드 에미션 디스플레이 장치로서,상기 스페이서가 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 글라스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 필드 에미션 디스플레이 장치.
- 형광체를 갖는 애노드 패널, 전자를 방출하는 에미터를 갖는 에미터 패널, 및 복수의 스페이서를 가지며, 애노드 패널과 에미터 패널이 상기 복수의 스페이서를 사이에 두고 대향하고 있는 필드 에미션 디스플레이 장치로서,상기 스페이서가 제 8 항에 기재된 글라스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 필드 에미션 디스플레이 장치.
