Claims (7)
- 스테이터 코어에 코일이 집중권(集中卷) 방식으로 권장(卷裝)되는 스테이터와,상기 스테이터내에서 회전함과 동시에,로터코어에 형성된 슬롯내에 자석을 구비한 로터로 이루어진 집중권식 DC모터에 있어서,상기 로터코어의 적재두께를 상기 스테이터 코어의 적재두께보다도 크게 함과 동시에,상기 자석의 길이를 상기 스테이터 코어의 적재두께보다도 작게 하여,해당 스테이터 코어의 범위내에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 집중권식 DC모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자석을 희토류(希土類) 자석으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 집중권식 DC 모터.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 로터코어의 단면에 비자성체로 이루어지는 단면부재를 설치하고,상기 단면부재에는 상기 슬롯내에 진입하여 상기 자석의 위치를 결정하기 위한 돌기를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 집중권식 DC모터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 로터코어의 양단면에 비자성체로 이루어지는 단면 부재를 설치하고,한쪽의 단면부재에는 상기 슬롯내에 진입하여 상기 자석의 위치를 결정하기 위한 돌기를 형성함과 동시에,상기 자석의 다른쪽의 단면 부재측의 슬롯에는 해당 자석을 걸리게 하기 위한 계지부(係止部)를 상기 로터코어에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 집중권식 DC모터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 로터코어의 양단면에 비자성체로 이루어지는 단면 부재를 설치하고,양단면 부재에는 상기 슬롯내에 진입하여 상기 자석의 위치를 결정하기 위한 돌기를 각각 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 집중권식 DC모터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 집중권식 DC모터는 인버터에 의해 토크제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집중권식 DC모터.
