- 전해 연마조, 이동형 또는 진동형전극, 침전조, 전기증착/흡착부, 전해액저장조로 구성되고, 상기 전해 연마조와 침전조가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 전극은 양극전류와 음극전류를 교차로 공급할 수 있는 전원공급장치를 사용하며, 상기 전해 연마조는 중성염 전해질과 유기산 착화제를 함유하고, 상기 침전조는 상하부차단막을 가지며, 침전조의 하부에는 유기산분해제 또는 크롬침전제로부터 선택되는 어느 한 성분 이상을 투입하여 침전을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 연마 제염장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 침전조는 침전 후 상등액을 전기증착/흡착부로 이송하여 미 침전된 염을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 연마 제염장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 전기 증착/흡착부로부터 이송된 전해액을 저장하는 전해액저장조를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 연마 제염장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 전해액저장조는 전해 연마조와 연결되어 전해액을 보충하거나 또는 과량의 전해액을 저장조에 저장할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 연마 제염장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 유기산은 옥살산인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 연마 제염장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 유기산 분해제는 과산화수소이고 크롬 침전제로는 Ag+, Pb2 + 를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 연마 제염장치.

- 청구항 5항 내지 10항에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 전해 연마 제염장치를 이용한 중성염 전해질에 의한 금속성 방사성폐기물의 전해 연마에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제염 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제염 방법은, 방사성오염을 함유하는 금속산화피막을 가지는 금속을 전해 연마조에 침전하는 단계;상기 금속을 이동형 또는 진동형 전극과 연결되게 배치하는 단계;전해 연마조의 전해액에 유기산을 더 투입하는 단계;제염된 금속염을 침전조에 침전하는 단계;침전조의 침전물의 수위가 지정된 양에 도달하는 경우 침전조의 상부 차단막을 차단하는 단계;유기산 분해제를 침전조에 투입하는 단계;침전조의 상등액을 전기증착/흡착부로 이송하여 용해한 금속염을 증착 또는 흡착하하여 제거하고 침전조의 침전물을 배출하여 별도관리하는 단계;를 포함하는 제염 방법.
