Claims (5)
- (a) 산화구리를 70중량% 미만으로 포함하고, 산화알루미늄, 또는 산화알루미늄 및 산화아연 중에서 선택된 지지체 물질을 30중량%보다 많이 포함하는 지지 촉매의 존재하에서, 200 내지 300℃, 0.1 내지 100 bar, 0.01 내지 1 ㎏ 반응물/(ℓ촉매×시간)의 촉매 시간당 공간속도, 및 20 내지 800의 반응물/수소 몰비에서, 각각 하나 이상의 C1-C6 알킬 치환체를 가질 수 있는 말레산 및 숙신산 및 이들의 에스테르 및 무수물 중 하나 이상을 기상 수소화시켜 테트라히드로푸란(THF)과 감마-부티롤락톤(GBL)의 혼합물을 얻고,(b) 얻어진 수소화 유출물을 증류에 의해 상부 생성물인 THF/물 혼합물 및 GBL-함유 저부 생성물로 분리하고,(c) 3개의 칼럼으로 이루어진 증류 장치에서, 제 1 칼럼의 저부로부터 물을 배출시키고, 물을 함유하는 THF를 제 2 칼럼으로부터 제 1 칼럼으로 재순환시키고, 제 1 칼럼의 측부 스트림을 제 2 칼럼으로 보내고, 제 3 칼럼의 저부 생성물을 제 1 칼럼으로 재순환시키고, 제 1 칼럼의 상부에서 증류물을 배출시키고, 제 2 칼럼의 측부 스트림을 제 3 칼럼으로 보내고, 순수한 THF를 제 3 칼럼의 상부 생성물로서 얻는 방법으로 (b)단계에서 얻어진 THF/물 혼합물을 분리하고,(d) (b)단계에서 얻어진 GBL-함유 저부 생성물로부터 증류에 의해 GBL을 회수하고,(e) 이렇게 얻어진 GBL을 암모니아 또는 아민과 반응시켜 상응하는 피롤리돈을 얻는 단계를 포함하는,구리 촉매의 존재하에서 각각 하나 이상의 C1-C6 알킬 치환체를 가질 수 있는 말레산 및 숙신산 및 이들의 에스테르 및 무수물 중 하나 이상을 촉매적 기상 수소화시키고, GBL을 암모니아 또는 1차 아민과 반응시켜 피롤리돈을 형성함으로써, THF, 및 알킬로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 피롤리돈을 동시 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응에서 사용된 반응물이 말레산 무수물인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, CuO를 70중량% 미만으로 포함하고, 산성 부위를 갖는 산화물 지지체를 30중량% 보다 많이 포함하는 촉매상에서, 0.01 내지 1.0㎏ 반응물/(ℓ촉매×시간)의 촉매 시간당 공간속도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 산화물 지지체가 Al2O3 또는 1:5 내지 1:2의 중량비의 Al2O3/ZnO인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, (b)단계에서 얻어진 GBL-함유 저부 생성물을 촉매의 존재 또는 부재하에 직접 암모니아 또는 아민과 반응시켜 상응하는 피롤리돈을 얻는 방법.
