Claims (9)
- 애노드(anode);상기 애노드 상에 적층되고 백색광을 방출하는 발광층; 및상기 발광층위에 적층되는 캐소드(cathode)를 포함하며,상기 발광층은순차적으로 적층되는 제1색의 광을 방출하는 제1서브발광층, 제2색의 광을 방출하는 제2서브발광층 및 제3색의 광을 방출하는 제3서브발광층을 포함하고,상기 제1서브발광층은 전자 수송성 호스트보다 정공 수송성 호스트의 비율이 높은 혼합호스트를 포함하며,상기 제3서브발광층은 전공 수송성 호스트보다 전자 수송성 호스트의 비율이 높은 혼합호스트를 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.

- 제1항에서,상기 애노드와 상기 발광층 사이에 위치하는 정공 수송성 보조층, 그리고상기 캐소드와 상기 발광층 사이에 위치하는 전자 수송성 보조층중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에서,상기 정공 수송성 호스트는 NPB(N,N'-bis-(1-naphtyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine), CBP(4,4-bis(carbazol-9-yl)-biphenyl), TPD(N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine), PPD(p-phenylenediamine), 프탈로시아닌(phthalocyanine), CuPc, m-MTDATA에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하고,상기 전자 수송성 호스트는 Alq3(tris(8-hydroxyquinolino)aluminum), ADN, TAZ, TPBI(1,3,5-tris(N-phenylbenzimidazole-2-yl)benzene)에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 색은 적색이고, 상기 제2 색은 청색이고, 상기 제3 색은 녹색인 유기 발광 소자.
