Abstract

Description
본 발명은 착색제 및 활성 염소를 함유하는 안정하며 즉시 사용가능한 투여형태에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 이러한 투여형태의 제조방법 및 이들을 소독제로서 사용하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
(잠재적으로) 활성 염소를 함유하는 화합물은 다양한 의약, 수의학, 음식 및 농업 용도에서 소독제로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 염소를 함유하는 화합물은 다양한 표면, 장치 및 생물학적 조직에 소독제로서 도포되기 때문에, 액체가 소독제로서 각 표면에 도포된 마커로서 작용하고 또 착색된 소독 화합물이 존재하지 않을 때를 보여주며 또한 안전 장치로서 클로로산화제가 부형제에 더 이상 존재하지 않는 것을 나타내기 위해 활성 염소를 함유하는 화합물을 착색시키는 것이 아주 바람직할 것이다. 칼러(예컨대 염료)는 제조된 화합물에서 이용가능한 염소의 양을 나타내기 위한 것이 아니다.

본 발명의 다른 목적은 젖을 먹이는 동물의 젖꼭지 또는 의료처치 전의 피부 영역과 같은 표면 또는 생물학적 조직이 활성 염소 및 착색제를 함유하는 소독 제품으로 처리되었음을 칼러로 표시하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 액체를 물로 씻어낸 후 소독제의 부재를 나타내는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 요지에 따르면,

상기 착색제는 그의 최대 산화 수준으로 존재하며; 착색제를 갖는 클로로산화제는 pH 4 내지 8이고 또 표면, 용기 또는 조직을 소독 또는 멸균하도록 충분한 양으로 존재하는 한편, 액체, 크림, 연고, 페이스트 또는 겔의 착색 외관은 소독제가 상기 목적으로 정상적으로 사용되는 기간을 초과하는 기간 동안 안정하게 유지되는 소독제 또는 멸균성 액체, 크림, 연고, 페이스트 또는 겔을 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 투여형태(고체 또는 반고체 대 액체)로부터 얻은 액체의 pH 범위(4-8, 즉 산성 내지 약 알칼리성) 및 유기 클로로산화제 대 무기 하이포아염소산염 영액의 사용면에서 상기 인용한 미국특허 5,685,262호와 상이하다.
일부 제형에서, 잠재적으로 이용가능한 염소가 고농도, 예컨대 5000 ppm 이하일 때에도 몇주일 일 수 있다.

기본 제형

실시예 1
기본 제형에 산화제이철 사카레이트(saccharate)를 부가할 때 갈색 착색 액체를 얻었다. 생성한 제형을 물 또는 적합한 수성 용매에 용해시킬 때 얻어지는 착색 액체는 적합하게 연장된 기간 동안 변화되지 않고 유지되었다.
실시예 2
화학양론적으로 반응하여 특징적으로 불용성인 프러시안 블루 또는 그의 유 도체를 형성하는 화학물질을 혼합하고, 건조시킨 다음 기본 제형에 부가함으로써 색조가 청색과 녹색 사이에서 변화될 수 있는 화합물을 얻었다. 생성한 제형을 물 또는 기타 적합한 수성 용매에 용해시킬 때 얻어지는 착색 액체는 24시간 이상 동안 변화되지 않고 균질하게 유지되었다.
실시예 3
불활성 부형제와 함께 트로클로센 염을 함유하는 제형에 산화티탄을 부가함으로써 불투명한 백색의 평탄한 반고체 제제를 얻었다.

● 비제한적인 계면활성제와 같은 다른 성분을 함유하는 제형을 포함한 식품 및 연회 산업에 사용되는 장치 및 표면의 세정시, 상기 착색제는 소독 액체와 접촉하지 않는 영역을 눈에 띄게하고 또 최종 헹굼이 충분히 실시되었음을 보여주는 표시 마커로서 작용한다;
● 농업 및 원예 용도에서 식물 삽목을 침지시킬 때, 상기 착색제는 어떤 식물이 처리되었는지 판단하게 해 준다;
● 유기 클로로산화성 화합물, 특히 트로클로센 일가 염을 함유하는 제품의 착색은 수영장, 장식용 수영장 및 유사 설비에 사용될 수 있으며; 화병 또는 꽃꽂이 꽃의 수명을 연장시키기 위하여 꽃을 두는 기타 용기에서 물의 위생설비에 사용될 수 있고; 또 물이 염소처리되었음을 보여주기 위하여 가금류 및 포유동물의 식수의 착색화에 이용될 수 있다.
트로클로센 일가 염과 함께 실시예 1, 2 및 3에 상기 기재된 방법에 따른 착색제를 함유하는 다른 용도의 예를 이하에 나타낸다:
● 외과적 처치 또는 유사 처리를 받기 전에 인간 및 동물의 피부를 소독 및 세정할 때, 상기 착색제는 소독된 영역을 나타내는 표시제로서 작용한다;
● 색상이 어두운 표면을 소독 및 세정할 때, 실시예 3의 백색 불투명부는 소독제와 접촉하지 않은 영역을 눈에 띄게하며 또 최종 헹굼이 충분히 실시되었음을 보여준다.
상기 기본 제형은 다음 형태로 사용될 수 있다:
● 용해성 또는 용해발포성 정제;
● 측정된 양의 용해성 또는 용해발포성 과립;
● 크림, 연고, 페이스트 또는 겔;
● 밀봉된 병 또는 샤세내의 액체.
상술한 방법은 젖을 먹이는 동물의 젖꼭지 또는 의료 처치 이전의 피부 영역과 같은 표면 또는 생물학적 조직이 소독제액, 크림, 연고, 페이스트 또는 겔로 처리되었는지를 나타내기 위해 사용될 수 있고; 또 세척된 물에서 착색제의 부재가 나타날 때까지 물로 표면 또는 조직을 세정하는 것에 의해, 사용후의 소독제의 부재가 표시될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
본 발명은 몇 개 실시예를 참조하여 기재하였지만, 이들은 단순히 예시를 위한 것이므로, 본 발명의 많은 다른 변형, 수식 및 용도가 이용될 수 있음은 잘 알고 있을 것이다.
Claims (27)
- 소독성이나 멸균성 액체, 크림, 연고, 페이스트 또는 겔을 원하는 색상을 유지하면서 제조하는 방법에 있어서:활성 염소를 방출하는 염소 공여체로서 작용하는 유기 클로로산화제 및 착색제를 함유하는 투여 형태의 안정하고 즉시 사용가능한 고체나 반고체 제제를 용매에 용해시키되;상기 착색제는 그의 최대 산화 수준으로 존재하며;착색제를 갖는 클로로산화제는 pH 4 내지 8이고 또 표면, 용기 또는 조직을 소독하거나 멸균하는 한편, 액체, 크림, 연고, 페이스트 또는 겔의 착색 외관은 소독제가 상기 목적으로 정상적으로 사용되는 기간을 초과하는 기간 동안 안정하게 유지되는 소독제 또는 멸균성 액체, 크림, 연고, 페이스트 또는 겔을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 또는 반고체 제형은 수성 용매에 용해성인 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 수성 용매는 물인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 클로로산화제는 수성 액체중의 용액일 때 소독제로서 사용되도록 활성 염소를 방출하는 유기 화합물인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 클로로산화제는 트로클로센(디클로로-s-트리아진트리온) 또는 그의 염인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 클로로산화제는 5,000 ppm LAC (잠재적 활성 염소) 이하로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 착색제가 산화제이철 사카레이트(saccharate)이거나 산화제이철 사카레이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 착색제는 프러시안 블루 또는 그의 유도체이거나 또는 프러시안 블루 또는 그의 유도체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 착색제는 산화티탄이거나 또는 산화티탄을 포함하는 방법.
- 생성된 제품에서 클로로산화제의 안정성에 영향을 주지 않고 착색 외관을 생성할 착색제와 함께 유기 클로로산화제를 함유하는 투여형태로 고체 또는 반고체 제제를 액체에서 혼합함으로써 착색된 소독제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 착색제는 그의 최대 산화 수준으로 존재하여 더 이상 산화되지 않으며;상기 유기 클로로산화제는 pH 4 내지 8이고 착색제를 함유하는 액체에서 액체의 착색 외관에 영향을 주지 않고 활성 염소를 방출하는 염소 공여제로서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 착색된 소독제의 제조방법.
