Claims (9)
- 판재 상에 도료를 롤러에 의해 인쇄하고 그 위에 UV 상도를 하는 판재 상의 무늬 도장공법에 있어서,상기 도료를 판재 상에 인쇄하는 롤러는 그 표면에 인쇄하고자하는 특정한 무늬가 음각된 롤러이고, 상기 도장공법은;판재의 표면을 진동연마기와 같은 표면처리장치로 표면의 이물질을 제거하여 평탄화하거나 또는 UV하도, 포리하도, LPM하도와 같은 하도작업을 수행하여 판재 표면을 정리하는 단계(S1);상기 단계에 의해 표면 정리된 판재의 표면을 무늬가 음각된 이미지 인쇄용 스틸 롤러에 통과시켜 롤러에 형성된 무늬를 도료로 인쇄하는 단계(S2);상기 단계 다음으로 인쇄된 표면 전체에 색상을 인쇄하기 위한 고무재질의 인쇄롤러를 통과하는 단계;연속하여 커튼 코터(curtain coator)를 통과시키면서 UV 도료를 도막하는 단계(S4); 및UV 램프 건조장치를 통과시키면서 건조하는 단계(S5)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 판재 상에 롤러를 이용한 입체무늬의 도장공법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도료는 도료로 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 스틸렌 모노머(styrene monomer)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 판재 상에 롤러를 이용한 입체무늬의 도장공법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 UV도료는 투명도료로 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 스틸렌 모노머, 디프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(dipropylene glycol diacrylate), 트리메티롤프로판 트리아크릴레이트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 판재 상에 롤러를 이용한 입체무늬의 도장공법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 도료는 인조 또는 천연 펄을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 판재 상에 롤러를 이용한 입체무늬의 도장공법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 S2 단계는 음각된 스틸롤러 대신 평판의 고무롤러 사용함을 특징으로 하는 판재 상에 롤러를 이용한 입체무늬의 도장공법.
