Claims (3)
- 일측이 개방되어 있으며 내측으로 수납부(11)를 형성한 하부 하우징(10);상기 하부 하우징(10)의 외측에 억지끼워맞춤에 의해 결합하며, 상, 하측이 개방되어 있는 상부 하우징(20);상기 하부 하우징(10)의 수납부(11)에 형성되며, 요크(31)와, 상기 요크(31)의 상측면 가장자리에 결합하는 외측 플레이트(32a)를 포함하는 외측 마그네트(32)와, 상기 요크(31)의 상측면 중앙 부분에 결합하는 내측 플레이트(33a)를 포함하는 내측 마그네트(33)와, 상기 내측 마그네트(33) 중앙으로 형성된 리벳(34)을 포함하는 진동부(30);상기 진동부(30)의 요크(31)와 리벳(34) 사이에 내측이 결합하는 평판 스프링(41)과, 상기 평판 스프링(41)의 외주면으로 결합하되, 상, 하측면이 상부 하우징(20) 하측면과 하부 하우징(10)의 바닥면에 의해 고정결합하도록 구성된 인서트 개스킷(42)으로 구성된 탄성부(40);상기 상부 하우징(20)의 상측 개방면에 결합하는 박판형의 음원전달판(51)과, 상기 음원전달판(51)의 상측으로 고음을 상쇄시키기 위한 고음 상쇄 플레이트(52)로 구성된 음원전달부(50); 및상기 음원전달부(50)의 음원전달판(51) 하측의 보이스코일(c);로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있는 진동 이어폰 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음원전달부(50)의 음원전달판(51)은 공명 진동을 잘 전달받을 수 있는 알루미늄 재질로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있는 진동 이어폰 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음원전달부(50)는 고음을 상쇄시킬 수 있도록 음원전달판 직경(d) : 고음 상쇄 플레이트 직경(d1)비를 1:0.5 ∼ 0.6으로 형성하는 것에 특징이 있는 진동 이어폰 유닛.
