Claims (11)
- 캡 플레이트, 터미널 플레이트 및 상기 캡 플레이트와 상기 터미널 플레이트 사이에 위치하는 절연 플레이트를 구비하는 캡 조립체에 있어서,상기 터미널 플레이트의 음극 탭이 용접되는 영역을 제외한 영역의 일부분 또는 전체에 절연 부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연 부재는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트가 도포되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연 부재는 절연 테이프를 부착하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 양극 탭 및 음극 탭을 구비하는 전극 조립체;상기 전극 조립체를 수용하며, 상단부가 개구된 캔; 및상기 캔의 상단부를 마감하는 캡 조립체를 포함하며,상기 캡 조립체는 캡 플레이트, 터미널 플레이트 및 상기 캡 플레이트와 상기 터미널 플레이트 사이에 위치하는 절연 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 터미널 플레이의 상기 음극 탭이 용접되는 영역을 제외한 영역의 일부분 또는 전체에 절연 부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 절연 부재는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트가 도포되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 절연 부재는 절연 테이프를 부착하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 캔은 각형이거나 모서리가 둥글게 구부러진 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 캔은 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금 또는 스테인레스강으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지는 일측에 보호회로기판을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지는 이너 팩 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지는 하드 팩 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
