Description
Claims (17)
- 적어도 제1 및 제2층을 포함하는 필터 매체로서, 상기 층들이 섬유들을 포함하며, 제1 및 제2층 모두가 층 부피 VLq 및 층 필터링 표면 SLq를 가지며, 상기 제1층은 32500m2/m3 보다 작은 SL1/VL1 비를 가지며, 상기 제2층은 1.1×SL1/VL1 보다 큰 SL2/VL2 비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1층은 0.2mm 보다 큰 두께를 가지며, 상기 제2층은 0.05mm 보다 큰 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1층은 0.5mm 보다 큰 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1층은 22㎛ 내지 100㎛ 범위의 등가 직경을 가지며, 상기 제2층은 0.5㎛ 내지 35㎛ 범위의 등가 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1층은 22㎛ 내지 100㎛ 범위의 등가 직경을 갖는 섬유들로 구성되며, 상기 제2층은 0.5㎛ 내지 35㎛ 범위의 등가 직경을 갖는 섬유들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1층은 50%보다 큰 다공성을 가지며, 상기 제2층은 90%보다 작은 다공성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1층은 80% 내지 95% 범위의 다공성을 가지며, 상기 제2층은 50% 내지 87% 범위의 다공성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 필터 매체는 금속 섬유들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 필터 매체는 금속 섬유들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 층은 소결된 금속 섬유들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 층들은 상호 소결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 금속 섬유들은 다발 추출(bundled drawing)에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 금속 섬유들은 코일 깍음(coil shaving)에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 필터 매체는 상기 제1층과 상기 제2층 사이에 존재하는 제3층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 필터 매체는 1000보다 큰 VS를 가지며, 상기 VS는 VSq의 모든 층들에 대한 합이며, 상기 VSq는 층 q 내에 존재하는 상기 섬유들의 전체 길이에 의해 분할되는 상기 층 q 내의 공기 부피의 비인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 내부 디젤 연소 유닛의 배출가스들로부터의 매연을 제거하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 필터 매체.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 매연 제거는 상기 필터 매체를 제공하고 상기 필터 매체에서 내부 디젤 연소 유닛의 배출가스들을 처리하며 상기 배출가스들로부터의 매연을 상기 필터 매체에 보유함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
