Claims (10)
- 소수성 비닐계 단량체, 폴리알킬렌글리콜 메타크릴레이트계 화합물, 상기 소수성 비닐계 단량체에 가용성을 갖는 왁스, 및 개시제 그리고 착색제를 분산상으로서 준비하고;연속상인 분산 용매로 알칼리 수용성 고분자가 용해된 수용액상에 상기 분산상을 혼합하여 현탁액을 형성하고;상기 현탁액을 마이크로 현탁중합에 의한 1차 현탁입자를 제조하고;상기 1차 현탁입자 분산액의 pH를 3.5∼5.5로 조절하여 현탁입자의 소정의 응집을 유도하고 무기계 현탁안정제와 개시제가 용해되어있는 소량의 단량체를 투입하여 2차 현탁중합을 실시하는 단계;로 이루어지고,상기 알칼리 수용성 고분자는 폴리에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체(poly(ethylene-co-acrylic acid)), 스티렌아크릴산 공중합체(poly(styrene-co -acrylic acid)), 및 스티렌말레익 안하이드라이드 공중합체(poly(styrene-co- maleic anhydride)로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 중합 토너의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 비닐계 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, α-클로로스티렌, p-tert-부틸스티렌, p-메틸스티렌, p-클로로스티렌, o-클로로스티렌, 2,5-디클로로스티렌, 3,4-디클로로스티렌, 디메틸스티렌, 및 디비닐벤젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 중합 토너의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 비닐계 단량체는 메틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 프로필아크렐리에트, 프로필메타크릴레이프, 부틸아크릴레이트, 및 부틸메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 중합 토너의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌글리콜 메타크릴레이트계 화합물은 폴리에틸렌글리콜 메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 메틸에테르메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 메타크릴레이트, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 메타크릴레이트, 및 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 중합 토너의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 알칼리 수용성 고분자의 함량이 전체 수용액 함량에 대하여 0.01∼0.55 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 중합 토너의 제조방법.
- 소수성 비닐계 단량체, 폴리알킬렌글리콜 메타크릴레이트계 화합물, 및 상기 소수성 비닐계 단량체에 가용성을 갖는 왁스 및 개시제 그리고 착색제를 분산상으로서 준비하고;연속상인 분산 용매로 알칼리 수용성 고분자가 용해된 수용액상에 상기 분산상을 혼합하여 현탁액을 형성하고;상기 현탁액을 마이크로 현탁중합시키는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 복합체 라텍스 입자의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 복합체 라텍스 입자의 크기가 1∼2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 복합체 라텍스 입자의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 비닐계 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, α-클로로스티렌, p-tert-부틸스티렌, p-메틸스티렌, p-클로로스티렌, o-클로로스티 렌, 2,5-디클로로스티렌, 3,4-디클로로스티렌, 디메틸스티렌, 및 디비닐벤젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 복합체 라텍스 입자의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 비닐계 단량체는 메틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 프로필아크렐리에트, 프로필메타크릴레이프, 부틸아크릴레이트, 및 부틸메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 복합체 라텍스 입자의 제조방법.
