Claims (3)
- 프레임(110)과, 상기 프레임에 설치된 구동모터에 의해 구동되도록 설치된 구동롤러와 종동롤러 및 텐션롤러로 이루어진 여과포이송롤러(120)와, 상기 여과포이송롤러에 걸려서 프레임의 내측으로 슬러지와 함께 공급이송되도록 설치된 여과포(130)와, 상기 여과포의 상하부에 설치된 슬러지 감량수단(140)을 포함하되, 상기 슬러지 감량수단(140)은, 상기 프레임(110)에 수평하게 설치된 여과포(130)의 하부에 위치하도록 설치된 하부프레임(141)과, 상기 하부프레임에 안착설치된 하부절연부재(142)와, 상기 하부절연부재의 상부에 밀착설치된 - 극 전극판(143)과, 상기 프레임(110)의 상부에 상하로 승강할 수 있도록 설치된 승강수단(144)과, 상기 승강수단의 하부에 연결되어 상하로 이동하도록 설치된 상부절연부재(145)와, 상기 상부절연부재의 하부에 설치된 +극 전극판(146)을 포함하는 전기침투식 슬러지 감량장치에 있어서,상기 프레임(110)의 하부에는 상기 하부프레임(141)을 선택적으로 일정길이 승하강시킬 수 있도록 하부프레임승강수단(1100)이 더 설치되고,상기 하부프레임승강수단(1100)에 의해 하부프레임(141)이 일정길이 승하강하면서 상기 여과포(130)와 상기 - 극 전극판(143)이 일정 간격을 유지하게 되면 상기 프레임(110)에서 - 극 전극판(143)의 상부로 노즐파이프(1270)가 수평이동하면서 상기 - 극 전극판(143)을 세척하도록 된 세척장치(1200)가 더 설치되며,상기 세척장치(1200)는,상기 프레임에 고정된 복수개의 베어링(1210)과,상기 베어링에 양단이 끼워져 회전하도록 된 복수개의 회전축(1220)과,상기 회전축의 일단에 고정되어 회전축을 회전시키도록 된 회전수단(1230)과,각각의 상기 회전축의 양단에 끼워져 회전축과 동기회전하도록 설치된 스프로킷(1240)과,상기 스프로킷에 걸려서 회전하도록 된 체인(1250)과,상기 체인에 고정된 지지부재(1260)와,상기 지지부재의 상부로 고정되어 세척수가 분출되도록 길이방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 노즐구멍(1271)이 형성된 상기 지지부재에 고정되는 클램프(1280)로 설치된 노즐파이프(1270)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 슬러지 감량장치의 전극판 세척장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부프레임승강수단(1100)은, 상기 프레임(110)에 설치된 다수개의 기어박스(1110)와, 이 기어박스에 연결된 각각의 연결축(1120)과, 상기 복수의 기어박스(1110)에 수직으로 세워진 스크류(1130)와, 상기 기어박스중의 하나에 회전력을 전달하는 구동수단(1140)과 감속기(1150)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 슬러지 감량장치의 전극판 세척장치.
