Claims (1)
- 크린룸내의 직접분무식 습도제어방법에 있어서,상기 습도제어방법은,크린룸(30)내의 적정한 습도 및 온도를 크린룸(30)내에 설치된 온습도센서(51)에서 감지하고 이를 컨트롤 밸브 제어부(50)로 송출하는 단계와,상기 크린룸(30)내의 상기 온습도센서(51)에서 감지된 습도가 규정습도 이하일 경우 컨트롤 밸브 제어부(50)에서 인지하고 상기 컨트롤 밸브 제어부(50)에서 압축공기발생부(70)의 압축공기배관(71)상에 설치된 밸브(72)를 오픈시켜 매니폴더(40)상의 노즐(41)이 압축공기에 의하여 크린룸(30)내에 초미립자상태의 초순수를 분무시키는 단계와,상기 초미립자상태의 초순수가 분무됨과 동시에 초미립자상태의 초순수가 증발되면서 크린룸(30)내의 증발잠열을 흡수하여 크린룸(30)내의 온도를 저하시키는 단계와,상기 크린룸(30)내의 습도가 설정된 목표습도에 근접하면 온습도센서(51)에서 이를 감지하고 밸브(72)를 오프시켜 초순수의 분무가 정지되는 단계와,상기 초순수의 분무가 정지되면 초순수공급배관(61a)과 초순수회수배관(61b)을 통하여 초순수를 순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린룸내의 직접분무식 습도제어방법
