- 삭제
- 아르곤가스를 레이들 내부로 이송하는 길을 형성하는 주입배관이 결합되어 누름동작에 의해 밀착되어 카플러 역할을 하는 접촉판과, 상기 접촉판과 동일축을 이루며 대향하도록 위치하여 상기 접촉판과의 접촉 여부에 따라 상하 유동하면서 아르곤가스의 공급로를 개폐 동작하는 노즐과, 상기 노즐을 상하 유동시키는 탄성력을 제공하는 노즐 스프링을 내부로 형성하고, 바닥으로는 유입되는 아르곤가스를 이송하는 길을 형성한 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 외경으로 상기 접촉판과 접촉시 하우징의 상하 유동을 돕는 하우징 스프링이 형성되고, 양측으로 상기 하우징 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상하로 유동하면서 하우징을 지지하는 지지판으로 이루어지는 제강 레이들용 아르곤가스 주입장치에 있어서,상기 노즐은 아르곤가스의 공급로를 형성한 상판과 상기 상판과 간격을 갖도록 지주에 의해 상호 일체로 결합되는 하판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강 레이들용 아르곤가스 자동주입장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 상면과 상기 노즐의 하판으로는 기밀을 위한 오링이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강 레이들용 아르곤가스 자동주입장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 스프링은 압축 스프링으로 형성되고, 상기 하우징 스프링은 판 스프링으로 형성되어, 상기 레이들의 안착시 충격을 흡수하여 손상을 방지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 제강 레이들용 아르곤가스 자동주입장치.
