- 하기 시약 A:0.5~1mL, B:5~10mL, C:0.1~1mL를 혼합하여 흡광도 직접 측정이 가능한 시험관에 분취하여 다수의 분석 Kit를 제조하고, 이 시험관에 미지의 시료 적정량을 투입하여 사전에 준비된 검량선에 의하여 티오시안(SCN) 농도를 직접 측정할 수 있는 불산이 포함된 혼합용액 중 불산 농도의 신속한 분석을 위한 1회용 분석 Kit의 제조방법.- 시약 A: Iron Solution: 1g/L FeSO4.7H2O- 시약 B: Nitric Acid Medium: 0.1N HNO3- 시약 C: Acetylacetone Solution: 1% Acetylacetone
