Claims (3)
- 허브를 이용한 식초 제조 방법에 있어서,제1단계: 허브식물을 선별하여 줄기와 잎을 2~3cm로 잘라 세척하는 단계와;제2단계: 허브식물을 황백당 또는 정백당과 1:1로 배합 후 습기나 직사광선이 없고 통풍이 잘 되는 곳에서 100일 동안 1차 숙성시키는 단계와;제3단계: 1차 숙성된 허브 추출액만 여과시킨 허브 추출액을 밀폐된 용기에 넣어 통풍이 잘 되는 곳에서 6개월 2차 숙성시키는 단계와;제4단계: 2차 숙성된 허브 발효 추출액을 여과하여 10배 희석시켜 그늘에서 1달 이상 숙성(3차숙성)시켜 허브식초를 완성하는 단계;들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 허브를 이용한 식초 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 허브 식물은 페파민트, 로즈마리, 레몬밤, 스테비아, 히비스커스, 라벤더, 캐모마일, 타임, 세이지, 말로우, 로즈, 자스민, 애플민트, 스피아민트, 나스타츔, 포트메리골드, 오레가노, 레몬그라스, 휀넬, 로즈힙, 딜, 마테, 레몬버베나 등으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 하나를 선택할 수 있고, 이에 한정되지 않고 2종류 이상의 허브를 조합하여 선택할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 식초 제조 방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재되어 있는 방법으로 제조된 허브 식초를 물과 1: 3~5배의 비율로 배합하여 제공되는 음료
