Description
Claims (7)
- 펄스 레이저 발생부를 구비하여 지지격자를 용접하는 레이저 용접장치에 있어서,상기 펄스 레이저 발생부를 X-Y 평면상에서 이동시키는 서보모터;상기 펄스 레이저 발생부가 오프상태인 경우에 지지격자로부터 반사되는 빛을 입력받아 지지격자의 이미지를 감지 및 저장하는 이미지센서;지지격자로부터 반사되는 빛을 770 내지 790 나노미터의 파장의 범위에서 선택적으로 투과시켜 이미지센서로 전달하는 밴드패스필터; 및용접점에 대한 위치정보와 각 용접점에 대한 용접 순서가 저장되어 있고, 이미지센서가 지지격자의 이미지를 촬영하도록 제어하며, 상기 이미지센서로부터 이미지를 전송받아 다음 용접점의 정확한 위치를 산출하여 상기 용접점의 위치정보를 보정하고, 산출된 위치값을 이용하여 상기 펄스 레이저 발생부가 다음 용접점을 정확히 조준하도록 상기 서보모터를 제어하는 용접제어수단:를 포함하는 지지격자 용접 장치.* 상기 지지격자로부터 반사되는 빛은 용접 플라즈마로부터 발생하는 광, 용접부 발열에 의한 광 및 배경 광 등이 포함되며, 용접부로부터 이미지 센서측으로 오는 일체의 광을 의미 함
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이미지센서로부터 전송된 지지격자의 이미지를 용접상태에 관한 화상분석 데이터베이스와 비교하여 용접된 부분의 용접상태를 판별하는 용접 상태판별수단:을 더 포함하는 지지격자 용접 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 용접제어수단은 상기 용접 상태판별수단으로부터 직전 용접 부위에 대하여 불량판정신호를 받는 경우 상기 용접점을 용접 작업 대상부분에 다시 포함시키는 지지격자 용접 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,지지격자로부터 반사되는 빛을 카메라가 인식할 수 있는 강도로 낮추어 투과시켜 이미지센서로 전달하는 감쇄필터:를 더 구비하는 지지격자 용접 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이미지센서는 상기 펄스 레이저 발생부의 오프시간 중 저온구간에서만 지지격자의 용접부로부터 반사되는 빛을 입력받아 지지격자의 이미지를 감지 및 저장하는 지지격자 용접장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이미지센서는 펄스 레이저 발생부의 오프시간동안 연속적으로 촬영되는 프레임 중 핫스팟에 의한 왜곡 현상이 기준치 이하로 발생하는 경우에만 해당 프레임을 감지 및 저장하는 지지격자 용접장치.
