Claims (3)
- 연료와 용사 분말을 용사 건의 혼합실에서 혼합시킨 후 노즐 및 배럴을 통하여 용사하는 원형 슈라우드 노즐에 있어서,초고속 화염 용사 건의 선단에 매시가 부착된 원형 슈라우드 노즐을 설치하고, 상기 노즐의 형상은 매시가 부착된 나팔형상의 상부직경을 가지며 하부로 갈수록 점점 작아지는 일정한 직경과 일정한 길이를 이루는 원통형이며, 상기 상부 직경의 매시로부터 노즐 벽면을 따라 흡입되는 주위공기가 가스화염과 충돌하지 않도록 경계층을 형성하여 층류유동을 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고속 화염용사 코팅용 원형 슈라우드 노즐.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 매시는 대기중의 먼지나 이물질의 혼입을 방지하고 흡입공기의 유량을 줄일 수 있는 두께가 1~3 mm, 크기가 5×5 mm의 금속 매시인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고속 화염용사 코팅용 원형 슈라우드 노즐.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐의 직경(D)은 100~150 mm로 하고, 상기 노즐의 길이(x)는 원통 지름(D)의 1.3~2D로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고속 화염용사 코팅용 원형 슈라우드 노즐.
