Claims (8)
- 인공치아가 고정되는 상부의 지대치 영역; 악골에 식립되는 하부의 인공치근 영역으로 구성되는 치과용 임플란트에 있어서, 임플란트 표면의 치은연조직 부착부위에 직사각형 또는 사다리꼴 형상의 마이크로그루브가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로그루브의 깊이는 3 내지 15 ㎛이고, 간격 및 바닥 폭은 각각 10 내지 90 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마이크로그루브와 능선의 표면에 산-에칭 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- ⅰ) 치과용 임플란트의 지대주 표면에 직사각형 또는 사다리꼴 형상의 마이크로그루브 형성 예정 부위를 제외하고 광-레지스트(photo-resist)를 처리하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 광-레지스트를 처리한 임플란트에 산-에칭을 적용하는 단계; 및ⅲ) 상기 산-에칭이 적용된 임플란트로부터 광-레지스트를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토리소그래피를 이용한 치과용 임플란트 표면처리방법.
- 삭제
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로그루브의 깊이는 3 내지 15 ㎛이고, 간격 및 바닥 폭은 각각 10 내지 90 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 포토리소그래피를 이용한 치과용 임플란트 표면처리방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 광-레지스트가 제거된 임플란트 표면에 산-에칭을 적용하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토리소그래피를 이용한 치과용 임플란트 표면처리방법.
