Claims (9)
- 상면에 양극단자 및 음극단자를 포함하는 배터리 셀과;상기 양극단자에 결합되는 양극단자판과;상기 음극단자에 결합되는 음극단자판과;상기 배터리 셀의 과충전 내지 과방전을 방지하며, 상기 양, 음극단자판과 전기적으로 연결되는 보호회로모듈과;상기 배터리 셀의 상부에 결합되며, 본 배터리 셀의 음극단자와 결합되는 위치에 개구부가 마련된 홀더와;상기 보호회로모듈과, 상기 홀더와, 상기 양극 및 음극단자판을 수용하도록 마련되어 상기 배터리 셀에 결합되는 커버 케이스와;상기 배터리 셀의 하부에 결합되는 하부 케이스;를 포함하며,상기 양극단자판은 브릿지(Bridge)형상 또는 크랭크 형상으로 마련되며, 일측이 상기 보호회로모듈에 결합되며, 타측이 상기 양극단자에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈은 상기 양극단자판과 결합하는 부분에 제 1 보호회로모듈개구부를 추가적으로 포함하며, 상기 제 1 보호회로모듈개구부를 통하여 상기 양극단자판이 점용접(Spot Welding)에 의해 상기 양극단자와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극단자판은 브릿지(Bridge) 형상으로 마련되며, 일측이 상기 보호회로모듈에 결합되며, 타측은 상기 홀더에 수용되어 상기 배터리 셀의 음극단자에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈은 상기 음극단자판과 결합하는 부분에 제 2 보호회로모듈개구부를 포함하며, 상기 제 2 보호회로모듈개구부를 통하여 상기 음극단자판이 점용접(Spot Welding)에 의해 상기 음극단자와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀더는 상기 보호회로모듈과 배터리 셀 사이에 마련되며, 본 배터리 셀의 상부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 홀더의 길이는 상기 배터리 셀의 상면의 일측으로부터 음극단자가 형성되는 위치의 길이로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 홀더에는 끼움돌기가 형성되며, 상기 커버 케이스에는 끼움홈이 형성되어 상기 홀더와 상기 커버 케이스의 상호 끼움결합이 가능하도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 커버케이스는 상기 배터리 셀과 접촉되는 부분에서 본 배터리 셀의 고정을 위한 외착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
