Abstract
Description
상기 메인 형광체층들과 이에 인접한 상기 더미 형광체층들을 연결하며, 상기 가로 격벽들의 측면과 상면을 연결하는 모서리 부분에 형성되는 커넥터 형광체층들;을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (10)
- 상측 기판과;상기 상측 기판 상에 형성된 상측 유전체층과;상기 상측 기판과 대향되게 배치된 하측 기판과;상기 하측 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 상측 유전체층과 대향된 하측 유전체층과;상기 상측 기판과 상기 하측 기판 사이에 소정 패턴의 방전 셀들을 구획하도록, 일 방향으로 연장되는 세로 격벽들과, 상기 세로 격벽들에 교차하는 방향으로 상기 세로 격벽들로부터 연장되며 상면이 평평한 가로 격벽들을 구비한 격벽들과;상기 방전 셀마다 배치되며, 상기 상측 유전체층 내에 매립된 유지전극쌍들과;상기 방전 셀마다 배치되며, 상기 유지전극쌍들과 교차하는 방향으로 각각 연장되며, 상기 세로 격벽들을 사이에 두고 이와 나란하게 배치되고, 상기 하측 유전체층 내에 매립된 어드레스 전극들과;상기 방전 셀들에서 상기 격벽들의 측면과 상기 하측 유전체층의 상면에 배치된 적,녹,청색의 메인 형광체층들과;상기 가로 격벽들의 상면에 형성되는 더미 형광체층들과;상기 메인 형광체층들과 이에 인접한 상기 더미 형광체층들을 연결하며, 상기 가로 격벽들의 측면과 상면을 연결하는 모서리 부분에 형성되는 커넥터 형광체층들;을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 어드레스 전극이 연장된 방향을 따라 배열된 메인 형광체층들, 더미 형광체층들 및, 커넥터 형광체층들은 모두 동일한 색상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 어드레스 전극이 연장된 방향을 따라 배열된 메인 형광체층들, 더미 형광체층들 및, 커넥터 형광체층들은 디스펜서 공법에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 더미 형광체층들의 두께는 상기 메인 형광체층들의 두께보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 커넥터 형광체층들의 두께는 적어도 상기 메인 형광체층의 두께들보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메인 형광체층들, 상기 더미 형광체층들 및, 상기 커넥터 형광체층들의 반사율은 상기 격벽의 반사율보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커넥터 형광체층들은 상기 메인 형광체층들과 상기 더미 형광체층들 사이에 만곡지게 형성되어 이들을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상측 유전체층의 하면에는 보호층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
