Claims (7)
- 연소장치에 있어서,석탄 파우더와 CaCO3의 가루를 연료로 공급하는 연료공급관과, 고온의 수증기를 공급하는 증기공급관과, 상기 석탄 파우더와 고온의 수증기와 CaCO3 가루를 고온으로 동시에 연소함에 따른 배기가스를 배출하도록 굴뚝과 연결되는 배기관이 연결되는 연소챔버와,상기 배기관내의 배기가스의 공해물질을 응축하여 제거하도록 상기 배기관내에 설치되는 응축물 제거 수단과,상기 응축물이 제거된 정화가스를 저장하도록 설치된 정화가스 저장수단을 포함하는 연소장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 응축물 제거수단은상기 배기관내에 설치되어 배기가스를 배출하는 내부튜브와,상기 내부튜브를 감싸서 공급되는 물을 열교환하여 고온의 수증기로 기화하는 물공급코일과,상기 내부튜브내에 설치되는 나선형 레일부재와,상기 나선형 레일부재를 회전 가동하는 가동모터를 포함하는 연소장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정화가스 저장수단은상기 굴뚝에 연결된 정화가스 배출관과,상기 정화가스 배출관내에 설치된 필터와,상기 필터를 통과한 정화가스를 압축하는 팬과,상기 팬을 가동하는 가동모터와,상기 압축된 정화가스를 저장하는 저장탱크를 포함하는 연소장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연소챔버에는 냉각탑과 연결된 고온증기 유출관과, 상기 냉각탑에서 냉각된 냉각수가 유입되는 냉각수유입관이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 굴뚝에는정화가스의 배출시에는 개방되고, 응축물의 제거시에는 폐쇄되는 제 1 개폐밸브와,상기 응축물의 제거시에만 개방되는 제 3 개폐밸브가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
