Claims (1)
- 차량의 우측 바퀴(W1)가 올라탈 수 있는 정도로 평행하게 이격 설치되는 것으로서 제1벨트(7)에 의해 함께 회전되게끔 연결되는 제1,2롤러(3,5); 상기 제1,2롤러(3,5)의 회전축(3a,5a)의 연장선상에 설치되는 것으로서, 차량의 좌측 바퀴(W2)가 올라탈 수 있는 정도로 평행하게 이격 설치되며 제2벨트(13)에 의해 함께 회전되게끔 연결되는 제3,4롤러(9,11); 제1,2롤러(3,5)를 회전구동시키기 위한 것으로서 제1클러치(21)를 매개로 하여 상기 제1,2롤러(3,5)에 연결되는 제1모터(17)와 제1감속기(19); 제3,4롤러(9,11)를 회전구동시키기 위한 것으로서, 제2클러치(27)를 매개로 하여 상기 제3,4롤러(9,11)에 연결되는 제2모터(23)와 제2감속기(25); 상기 제2롤러(5)와 제4롤러(11) 간에 회전력이 선택적으로 전달되도록 하기 위한 것으로서, 제2롤러(5)의 회전축과 제4롤러(11)의 회전축 사이에 설치되는 제3클러치(29); 브레이크 작동시 상기 제1감속기(19) 및 제2감속기(25)를 통해 각각 전달되는 토크의 변화를 이용하여 제동력을 측정하기 위한 제1,2제동력측정부(31,33); 제1롤러(3) 또는 제2롤러(5)의 회전속도를 측정하기 위한 속도측정부; 상기 제4롤러(11)에 선택적으로 부하를 부여하여 배출가스를 측정하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 제4롤러(11)의 회전축에 기어커플링(41a)에 의해 직렬로 연결되는 공랭식 와전류 전기브레이크(eddy current retarder)에 의한 부하장치(41); 상기 제1,2롤러(3,5)의 이격된 공간 사이에 설치되는 제1리프트판(43); 상기 제3,4롤러(9,11)의 이격된 공간 사이에 설치되는 제2리프트판(45); 상기 제1,2리프트판을 승강시킴으로써 상기 제1,2리프트판(43,45)으로 하여금 차량의 우측 및 좌측 바퀴(W1,W2)를 상기 제1,2롤러(3,5) 및 상기 제3,4롤러(9,11)로부터 들어올리기 위한 제1,2유압실린더(47,49); 차량의 축중량을 측정하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 제1리프트판(43)과 상기 제1유압실린더(47) 사이에 설치되는 제1로드셀(51); 상기 제2리프트판(45)과 제2유압실린더(49) 사이에 설치되는 제2로드셀(53)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 검사장치.
