- 삭제
- 엔진 및 전기 모터에 의해 구동가능한 하이브리드식 산업 차량의 유압 장치로서,산업 차량의 하역 작업에 사용되는 유압유가 통과하여 흐르는 하역 회로;산업 차량의 조향 작동에 사용되는 유압유가 통과하여 흐르는 조향 회로;엔진에 의해 구동되어 전기를 발생시키기는 발전 모터;발전 모터의 작동과 연관되어 작동되어서 하역 회로에 유압유를 공급하는 하역 유압 펌프;발전 모터에 의해 발생된 전기를 축전하는 배터리;배터리로부터 공급된 전기에 의해 구동되는 조향 전기 모터;조향 전기 모터의 작동과 연관되어 작동되어서 조향 회로에 유압유를 공급하는 조향 유압 펌프;하역 회로와 조향 회로를 상호 연결시키는 바이패스 통로로서, 하역 회로의 유압유가 조향 회로에 공급될 때 통과하게 되는 바이패스 통로; 및상기 바이패스 통로에 위치된 스위칭 밸브를 포함하며,엔진이 발전 모터를 구동하는 동안에 조향 작동이 수행되는 상태에서, 상기 스위칭 밸브는,하역 작업시의 하역 부하가 특정값 이하라면, 유압유가 바이패스 통로를 통해 하역 회로로부터 조향 회로로 흐르는 것을 허용하고,하역 부하가 특정값보다 크다면, 유압유가 바이패스 통로를 통해 하역 회로로부터 조향 회로로 흐르는 것을 차단하는 하이브리드식 산업 차량의 유압 장치.
- 엔진 및 전기 모터에 의해 구동가능한 하이브리드식 산업 차량의 유압 장치로서,산업 차량의 하역 작업에 사용되는 유압유가 통과하여 흐르는 하역 회로;산업 차량의 조향 작동에 사용되는 유압유가 통과하여 흐르는 조향 회로;엔진에 의해 구동되어 전기를 발생시키기는 발전 모터;발전 모터의 작동과 연관되어 작동되어서 하역 회로에 유압유를 공급하는 하역 유압 펌프;발전 모터에 의해 발생된 전기를 축전하는 배터리;배터리로부터 공급된 전기에 의해 구동되는 조향 전기 모터;조향 전기 모터의 작동과 연관되어 작동되어서 조향 회로에 유압유를 공급하는 조향 유압 펌프;하역 회로와 조향 회로를 상호 연결시키는 바이패스 통로로서, 하역 회로의 유압유가 조향 회로에 공급될 때 통과하게 되는 바이패스 통로; 및상기 바이패스 통로에 위치된 스위칭 밸브를 포함하며,엔진이 발전 모터를 구동하는 동안에 조향 작동이 수행되는 상태에서, 상기 스위칭 밸브는,하역 작업이 수행되지 않을 때, 유압유가 바이패스 통로를 통해 하역 회로로부터 조향 회로로 흐르는 것을 허용하고,하역 작업이 수행될 때, 유압유가 바이패스 통로를 통해 하역 회로로부터 조향 회로로 흐르는 것을 차단하는 하이브리드식 산업 차량의 유압 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 엔진이 발전 모터를 구동하는 동안에 조향 작동이 수행되는 상태에서, 스위칭 밸브가 유압유가 바이패스 통로를 통해 하역 회로로부터 조향 회로로 흐르는 것을 허용하면 조향 전기 모터가 정지하는 하이브리드식 산업 차량의 유압 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 바이패스 통로를 통해 조향 회로 내부로 흐르는 유압유의 유량 및 압력이 조향 작동에 필요한 값보다 작으면, 조향 전기 모터가 구동하여 상기 유량 또는 압력의 부족을 보상하게 되는 하이브리드식 산업 차량의 유압 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 바이패스 통로에 위치된 체크 밸브를 더 포함하며, 이 체크 밸브는 유압유가 조향 회로로부터 하역 회로로 흐르는 것을 차단하는 하이브리드식 산업 차량의 유압 장치.
