Claims (11)
- 복수개의 액정표시패널을 수납할 수 있는 카세트;상기 카세트 하부에 설치되어 상기 액정표시패널로 주입하기 위한 액정이 담겨있는 액정쟁반;상기 카세트의 액정주입방향과 맞은 편에 설치되어 상기 복수개의 액정표시패널의 간격을 유지하며, 상기 카세트에 고정되는 카세트고정부와 상기 카세트고정부에 부착된 복수개의 봉 및 상기 봉 끝에 부착된 복수개의 갭유지부를 포함하는 복수개의 지그; 및상기 카세트 및 상기 액정쟁반이 내부에 설치된 진공챔버를 포함하는 액정표시패널의 액정주입장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 갭유지부는 테프론으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 액정주입장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 갭유지부는 아세탈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 액정주입장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진공챔버는,진공챔버 내부를 진공 상태로 유지하는 진공펌프; 및상기 진공 상태를 해제하기 위해 질소를 진공챔버 내로 공급하는 질소탱크를 포함하는 액정표시패널의 액정주입장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지그는 상기 카세트에 착탈 가능하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 액정주입장치.
- 복수개의 액정표시패널이 수납되는 카세트; 및상기 카세트의 액정주입방향 맞은 편에 설치되어 상기 복수개의 액정표시패널의 간격을 유지하며, 상기 카세트에 고정되는 카세트고정부와 상기 카세트고정부에 부착된 복수개의 봉 및, 상기 봉 끝에 부착된 복수개의 갭유지부를 포함하는 복수개의 지그;를 포함하는 액정표시패널 수납장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 지그는 상기 카세트에 착탈 가능하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널 수납장치.

- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 갭유지부는 테프론으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널 수납장치.
