Claims (9)
- 스마트 어레이 안테나를 사용하는 이동통신 시스템에서 안테나의 출력 신호의 왜곡 측정 및 보상 장치에 있어서,상기 이동통신 시스템에서 사용되는 월시 코드의 확장된 월시 코드를 발생하고, 상기 이동통신 시스템의 월시 코드 동기 신호에 동기되어 측정 신호를 발생하여 출력하는 측정 신호 발생기와,통신 중인 단말의 위치로 빔 패턴을 형성하기 위한 트래픽 신호를 발생하여 출력하는 이동통신 신호 발생기와,오차 보정 값과 상기 이동통신 신호 발생기의 출력 신호를 승산하여 출력하는 승산부와,상기 승산부의 출력과 상기 측정 신호 발생기의 신호를 가산하여 출력하는 가산부와,상기 가산부의 출력 신호를 무선 대역으로 상승 변환하고, 상기 상승 변환된 신호를 안테나 어레이들로 출력하며 상기 안테나 어레이들로 출력되는 신호들 중 일부를 추출하여 궤환하는 무선부와,상기 궤환된 신호로부터 각 안테나 어레이의 오차를 측정하고, 이를 보상하기 위한 상기 오차 보정 값을 계산하여 상기 승산부로 출력하는 오차 측정 및 보상값 계산부를 포함하는 스마트 안테나의 출력 신호 왜곡 측정 및 보상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무선부는,상기 안테나 어레이들로 출력되는 신호들 중 일부를 추출하여 궤환하기 위한 결합기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스마트 안테나의 출력 신호 왜곡 측정 및 보상 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합기는,지향성 커플러(directional coupler)임을 특징으로 하는 스마트 안테나의 출력 신호 왜곡 측정 및 보상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무선부에서 궤환되는 각 신호를 가산하여 상기 오차 측정 및 보상값 계산부로 출력하는 합산부를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스마트 안테나의 출력 신호 왜곡 측정 및 보상 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제4항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오차 측정 및 보상값 계산부는,궤환된 신호를 소정 구간동안 누적하여 위상 및 진폭에 대한 보상을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 스마트 안테나의 출력 신호 왜곡 측정 및 보상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오차 측정 및 보상값 계산부는,안테나별 기준 신호를 추출할 때 역 하다마드 변환 방법을 사용하여 기준 신호를 추출함을 특징으로 하는 스마트 안테나의 출력 신호 왜곡 측정 및 보상 장치.
- 스마트 어레이 안테나를 사용하는 이동통신 시스템에서 안테나의 출력 신호의 왜곡 측정 및 보상 방법에 있어서,상기 이동통신 시스템에서 사용되는 월시 코드의 확장된 월시 코드를 발생하고, 상기 이동통신 시스템의 월시 코드 동기 신호에 동기되어 측정 신호를 발생하여 출력하는 단계와,통신 중인 단말의 위치로 빔 패턴을 형성하기 위한 트래픽 신호를 발생하여 출력하는 단계와,상기 측정 신호와 상기 트래픽 신호를 가산하여 출력하는 단계와,상기 가산된 신호를 무선 대역으로 상승 변환하고, 상기 상승 변환된 신호를 안테나 어레이들로 출력하며 상기 안테나 어레이들로 출력되는 신호들 중 일부를 추출하여 궤환하는 단계와,상기 궤환된 신호로부터 각 안테나 어레이의 오차를 측정하고, 이를 보상하기 위한 보상 값을 계산하는 단계와,상기 계산된 값을 상기 트래픽 신호와 승산하여 출력하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스마트 안테나의 출력 신호 왜곡 측정 및 보상 방법.
