Claims (6)
- 고정설치된 하부금형 및 상기 하부금형의 상부에서 수직상하로 왕복작동하는 상부금형으로 구성되어, 선단부로 공급되는 복수의 모재를 압착하여 판넬을 성형하는 판넬 성형장치에 있어서,상기 상부금형의 전방에 구성되어 수직상하로 왕복작동하는 직각상부금형 및 상기 직각상부금형과 대응되도록 상기 하부금형의 전방에 구성되어 고정설치되는 직각하부금형으로 이루어져 상기 복수의 모재를 서로 압착하여 단면이 직각삼각파형을 이루도록 성형하는 제1금형부;상기 상부금형의 중앙에 구성되어 상기 복수의 모재 진행방향에 대해 경사진 방향으로 왕복작동하는 둔각상부금형 및 상기 둔각상부금형과 대응되도록 상기 하부금형의 중앙에 구성되어 고정설치되는 둔각하부금형으로 이루어져 상기 복수의 모재를 서로 압착하여 단면이 둔각삼각파형을 이루도록 성형하는 제2금형부; 및상기 제2금형부의 후방에 구성되어 상기 제2금형부에서 압착된 상기 복수의 모재를 전후방향으로 직선 가압함에 따라 상기 복수의 모재를 결착시키는 제3금형부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판넬 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 직각상부금형은 직각삼각파형의 형상을 갖는 하면이 구비되고, 상기 직각하부금형은 상기 직각상부금형의 하면과 대응하는 직각삼각파형의 형상을 갖는 상면이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 판넬 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 둔각상부금형은 직각삼각파형의 단면을 갖도록 압착된 상기 복수의 모재의 상기 직각삼각파형의 직각부분이 둔각을 이루도록 압착하기 위한 둔각삼각파형의 형상을 갖는 하면이 구비되고, 상기 둔각하부금형은 상기 둔각상부금형의 하면과 대응하는 둔각삼각파형의 형상을 갖는 상면이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 판넬 성형장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 둔각상부금형은 상기 복수의 모재 진행방향에 대해 경사진 방향으로 슬라이딩 왕복이동 가능하도록 상기 상부금형에 탄성지지되어 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 판넬 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제3금형부는, 직선형태로 돌설된 다수의 돌출편을 갖는 하면이 구비된 결착상부금형과, 상기 다수의 돌출편에 대응하여 돌설된 다수의 받침편을 갖는 상면이 구비된 결착하부금형을 포함하며, 둔각삼각파형의 단면을 갖도록 압착된 상기 복수의 모재가 상기 다수의 돌출편과 상기 다수의 받침편에 의해 전후방향으로 직선 가압되어 결착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판넬 성형장치.
- 고정설치된 하부금형 및 상기 하부금형의 상부에서 수직상하로 왕복작동하는 상부금형으로 구성되어, 선단부로 공급되는 복수의 모재를 압착하여 판넬을 성형하는 판넬 성형방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 복수의 모재를 압착하여 상기 복수의 모재 단면이 직각삼각파형을 이루도록 압착하는 직각파형 압착단계;(b) 상기 직각삼각파형의 단면을 갖도록 압착된 복수의 모재를 압착하여 상기 복수의 모재 단면이 둔각삼각파형을 이루도록 압착하는 둔각파형 압착단계; 및(c) 상기 둔각삼각파형의 단면을 갖도록 압착된 복수의 모재를 전후방향으로 직선 가압함에 따라 상기 복수의 모재를 결착시키는 결착단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판넬 성형방법.
